In the process of urbanization in China, the floating population has made great contributions to urban modernization and economic development. However, they often faces health problems caused by high work intensity, low income and lack of medical and health knowledge. The personal factors of the floating population and the characteristics of the local health service system all affect and restrict the accessibility of medical and health services to varying degrees, and thus affect the health status of the floating population.Health is the most important human capital of the floating population.Once lost,it will inevitably hinder the development of the city's economy and threaten the stability of society. Therefore, whether it is to protect the right to health of the floating population or to maintain the long-term stability of the society,it is necessary to improve the accessibility of basic medical services for the floating population. On the basis of Anderson's model, this study used the 2016 Shanghai floating population dynamic monitoring data to analyze the basic situation of floating population and the accessibility status of basic medical and health services in Shanghai by descriptive analysis and chi-square test. From two aspects of the characteristics of the medical and health service system and the individual characteristics of the floating population, using binary logistic regression analysis method, this paper explores the influencing factors of the basic medical and health service accessibility of the floating population in Shanghai from four aspects:geographical accessibility, availability, affordability and acceptability. The results show that:from the characteristics of the local medical service system, the further the distance from the medical and health institutions and the more the load capacity of medical and health institutions, the worse the accessibility of basic medical services for the floating population; The more the number of beds and health technicians for thousands of people, the higher the accessibility of basic medical and health services for the floating population. From the perspective of the individual characteristics of the floating population, higher monthly income levels, higher education, purchase of housing locally, participation in urban workers' medical insurance, and longer inflow time are positively related to the accessibility of their basic medical and health services;while there is no obvious evidence that long-term residency will be related to accessibility of basic medical and health services for floating population.Based on the above research results, this paper puts forward several suggestions to improve the accessibility of basic medical and health services for floating population in Shanghai.
