Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of Compound Intestinal Microecological Preparation On Diarrhea

Intestinal micro-ecological disorders are the primary problem that plagues human health.Intestinal microecological preparations can improve and rebuild intestinal micro-ecology by regulating intestinal micro-ecological disorders,thereby treating diseases and improving sub-health.In recent years,intestinal microecological preparations represented by probiotics,Chinese herbal medicines and chemical drugs have shown good results in intestinal health conditioning and disease treatment,but there are still several major problems in the field.First,the efficacy of the existing intestinal microecological preparation products is relatively simple,and the intestinal micro-ecology is a very complicated system.The simple supplementation of probiotics or the use of antibiotics cannot systematically regulate the human intestinal micro-ecology.The effects of disease and sub-health improvement or treatment are often palliative.Second,some intestinal microecological preparations such as antibiotics and other medicines often cause great harm to the human body during the treatment of diseases,and there are many potential side effects.Third,the mechanism of action of intestinal microecological preparations in intestinal microecological regulation is unclear.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a new type of intestinal microecological preparation with comprehensive conditioning ability and to analyze the mechanism of intestinal microecological preparation in intestinal micro-ecological conditioning.In this study,we have prepared a new type of composite intestinal microecological preparation based on probiotics,Chinese herbal medicines and prebiotics with the same regulation of intestinal microecology(Pushengtai Taiheyuan),the composite microecological preparations have strong mutual synergistic effects,which can effectively regulate and repair the intestinal micro-ecology.We applied the composite intestinal microecological preparation to study the treatment of diarrhea at the animal level and clinical level,and observed the effect of diarrhea treatment and improvement of adverse reactions by physicalsigns,and studied the composite intestinal micro-ecology through microbiological analysis.The effect of the preparation on the intestinal microbiome,the pathological study to observe the therapeutic effect of the composite microecology on tissue damage,and then explore the potential mechanism of the composite microecological preparation in the intestinal microecological repair process.Finally,the project demonstrates at the animal level that probiotics and traditional Chinese medicines can play a positive role in the treatment of diarrhea,but the treatment mechanism of diarrhea is different: probiotics may mainly be through the supplement of beneficial bacteria in the intestine The type and abundance to achieve therapeutic effects;while traditional Chinese medicine may mainly achieve therapeutic effects by inhibiting harmful bacteria and anti-inflammatory effects.The combination of probiotics and traditional Chinese medicines has greatly improved the efficiency of diarrhea treatment,showing a clear synergistic therapeutic effect.The results of this study at the clinical level indicate that the composite intestinal microecological preparation can treat diarrhea side effects caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients,and alleviate adverse reactions such as nausea,and at the same time,according to the diversity and abundance of the bacteria in the patient's body.The composite intestinal microecological preparation can increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria in the patient.In summary,the novel composite intestinal microecological preparations constructed by combining probiotics and compound Chinese medicines can effectively alleviate the adverse reactions of diarrhea in patients with acute diarrhea and tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy,have a stabilizing effect on body weight,and have no chemical production.Side effects such as melena;at the same time,this compound intestinal microecological preparation can also restore and even rebuild the intestinal micro-ecology by adjusting the composition and distribution of intestinal microbes,thereby playing a role in treating diarrhea.
