OBJECTIVE:to study the influence of sucrose on powder Qiweibaizhusan to reconcile intestinal microecology including intestinal microbiota, enzyme activity and intestinal bacterial diversity. To evaluate the effect of Qiweibaizhusan to diarrhea,further guidance pediatric medicine methods, as far as possible to obtain the optimal efficacy.METHODS:a total of40SPF Department small rats were randomized into4groups, normal flora of mice with sterile saline as control group; with cefradine and gentamycin sulfate mixed antibiotic mice construct flora in mice diarrhea model, flora imbalance diarrhea mice sterile saline as model group; dysbacteriosis animal lavage Qiweibaizhusan powder50%amount superfine treatment group;Dysbacteriosis animal with Qiweibaizhusan powder50%amount superfine sugar treatment group.After treatment, through comprehensive mice feces wet and dry condition, the change of weight, the count of intestinal microbial, enzyme activity were analyzed, And the intestinal microbial metagenomics were extracted and intestinal bacteria diversity was analysised by ARDRA to judge efficacy.RESULTS:the antibiotics have no effect on the weight of mice. The level of bacteria number, xylanase activity, protease activity, amylase activity of model group were all significantly below the average level of normal group. The cellulase activity was higher than the normal group.There was no influence on the weight for the50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group and50%ultra-micro powder of Qiweibaizhusan with sucrose group.For50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group, there was some recovery of xylanase activity, but there was a notable difference when compared with control group.There was no significant difference in cellulase activity and amylase activity. There was a notable difference in protease activity compared with the control group.The feces of50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group was more like control group.50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan had more approachable therapy effect than50%ultra-micro powder of Qiweibaizhusan with sucrose.50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group had a better effect on improving the fungi and bacteria of mice with dysbacteriosis diarrhea.50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group had a higher number of bacteria but a lower number of Escherichia coli,a lower protease activity,and a higher amylase activity.50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group,50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group with sucrose and control group stripe number, OTUs number are6, diversity index is2.322,2.585,2.585, the same with sugar group and control group;Similarity coefficient are:0.3636,0.2778,1.0000;From the similarity index analysis found that50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group with sucrose amount superfine sugar group similarity coefficient is lower than50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group; Cluster analysis and principal component analysis,prove50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group amount superfine group is50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group with sucrose closer to the control group.CONCLUSIONS:both50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group and50%ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan group with sucrose could cure mice’s dysbacteriosis. And the former had a better effect than the latter. It was advised to adopt the ultra-micro powder Qiweibaizhusan without the additive of sucrose.
