| Purpose: 1.To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal compound Yiqi Kaimi recipe combined with micro-ecological regulator on functional constipation.2.To evaluate the effects of Yiqi Kaimi recipe and micro-ecological regulator,as well as their combined use in different time periods,so as to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of functional constipation.3.To observe the intestinal flora structure of patients with functional constipation,and explore the intervention effect of Yiqi Kaimi recipe,micro-ecological regulator and the proportion of intestinal flora after combined use.Method: 90 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into three groups: traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment group,micro-ecological regulator treatment group and combined treatment group,each group consisting of 30 persons.The Chinese medicine compound treatment group was treated with Yiqi Kaimi recipe,Chinese herbal decoction,150 ml water decoction,twicea day.The micro-ecological regulator treatment group was treated with micro-ecological regulator(trade name: Miya,ingredients: Clostridium butyricum 20 mg,lactose,precipitated calcium carbonate,sugar,starch and talcum powder,source: Japan Miarisan Pharmaceutical Company),two tablets each time,three times a day.The combined treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine compound combined with Clostridium butyricum tablets.The effective rates of D7,D14 and D28 were observed,and the changes of Wexner Constipation Score System,Bristrol defecation type and PAC-QOL were compared.Results: 1.To analyze the total effective rate of Yiqi Kaimi recipe group,micro-ecological regulator treatment group and combined treatment group 7 days,14 days and 28 days after treatment.The total effective rate of combined treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment group is higher than that of micro-ecological regulator treatment group.The total effective rate of 28 days after treatment has significant difference(P < 0.05).With the prolongation of treatment time,the total effective rate of combined treatment group and Chinese medicine compound group increased gradually.The effect of micro-ecological regulator group was the most significant 7 days after treatment,and the total effective rate gradually decreased with the prolongation of treatment time.2.In improving the clinical symptoms of Wexner's constipation,the three groups had similar effects within 14 days of treatment.The improvement of the combined treatment group was the most obvious and stable,while the effect of the micro-ecological regulator group was similar to that of the other two groups in the early stage,but showed a rebound trend in the later stage.3.The three groups have different degrees of efficacy in improving stool dry knot,and the micro-ecological regulator group is stable at Bristol type 3 in the later stage.Traditional Chinese medicine compound and combined treatment group improved to type 3 to 4 in the later stage.4.The tendencies of improving quality of life in TCM compound group and combined treatment group are similar.The TCM treatment group and combined treatment group based on TCM compound show better therapeutic effect than the micro-ecological regulator group.5.In regulating the proportion of intestinal flora,the combined treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment group have a sustained and stable role in increasing intestinal G + bacilli and inhibiting G + bacilli,and the combined treatment group is more obvious.Conclusion: 1.The traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription of Yiqi Kaimi recipe and the treatment scheme of combined application of micro-ecological regulator have better clinical curative effect on functional constipation.2.The effective time of three different treatment schemes,i.e.Yiqi Kaimi recipe,micro-ecological regulator and combination therapy,were within 7 days.3.With the prolongation of the treatment time,the therapeutic effect of the Chinese herbal compound Yiqi Kaimi recipe group and the combined treatment group can gradually increase.The therapeutic effect of the micro-ecological regulator group decreased with the prolongation of treatment time.4.There are three different therapeutic schemes for improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life of constipation: Yiqi Kaimi recipe,micro-ecological regulation and combination therapy.The combined treatment group has remarkable effect on improving Bristol's defecation type and sense of difficulty in defecation.5.In the aspect of intestinal flora proportion adjustment,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the combination treatment group based on the traditional Chinese medicine prescription of Yiqi Kaimi recipe showed better growth effect for G+bacillus and G+ bacillus than the micro-ecological regulator group,and the combination treatment scheme had the best effect. |
