With the continuous improvement of the people's demand for health services and the deepening of the reform of medical and health undertakings,new and higher requirements have been put forward for the professional quality and practical ability of nursing staff.As an important part of the teaching system of nursing specialty,practical teaching plays an indispensable role in promoting the formation of students' comprehensive vocational ability.R Higher Vocational College is a private vocational college whose nursing specialty was established in 2009.Graduates are mainly engaged in clinical nursing,community nursing,health care,rehabilitation nursing,geriatric nursing,mental nursing and nursing management in hospitals and health care institutions at all levels.However,due to historical reasons and objective conditions,there are still many difficulties and problems in the construction of practical teaching in this higher vocational college,which need to be further improved.Guided by practice theory,constructivism learning theory,behaviorism learning theory and management process theory,and based on the experience of developed countries such as the United States,Britain,Canada and Australia,the present situation and teaching effect of nursing practice teaching system in R Higher Vocational College were investigated and analyzed by questionnaires.The evaluation indexes were summarized and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used.Methods To evaluate the overall satisfaction level of nursing students and teachers in R Vocational College with their nursing practice teaching,and to analyze the results.The leaders of nursing department in R Vocational College were interviewed.The main problems of nursing practice teaching management were found.Based on the actual situation,targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.The main problems in practice teaching management of nursing specialty in R Vocational College are: outdated concept of practice teaching,imperfect practice teaching system,unreasonable practice curriculum,high mobility of practice teaching teachers,mismatch between talent training mode and modern medical development,and lagging behind of practice teaching hardware environment.Based on the analysis of the problems and the actual situation of R Higher Vocational College,this study optimizes the practical teachingmanagement system of R Higher Vocational College,and puts forward suggestions for system improvement,which improves the comprehensive ability and practical skills of nursing students,and thus improves the quality of practical teaching in R Higher Vocational College.
