Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of blood lipid body mass index(bmi)glycosylated hemoglobin(a1c)in type 2 diabetes mellitus(t2dm)with different levels of uric acid(uric acid).Methods: A total of 472 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university from January 2014 to April 2019 were selected,including 284 males and 188 females in two groups.Men were divided into five groups according to blood uric acid levels :UA ?360?mol/L in group A,360?mol/L?UA<420?mol/L in group B,420?mol/L ?UA<480?mol/L in group C,480?mol/L ?UA<540?mol/L in group D,UA?540 ?mol/L in group E.The women were divided into four groups according to the uric acid level : UA?360?mol/L in group A,360?mol/L?UA<420?mol/L in group B,420?mol/L ? UA<480?mol/L in group C,480?mol/LUA ?480?mol/L in group D,.A total of 116 normal male subjects who were examined in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university were selected as the male control group.A total of 48 normal female patients who were examined in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university were selected as the female control group.The changes of body mass index(bmi)of blood lipids in male and female with the changes of uric acid level were analyzed respectively.To analyze the difference of body mass index(bmi)between male and female with the same uric acid level.Results :1.Among the observed male subjects,the male control group was compared with the male group A,the male group B and the male group C,and the male control group was at A lower level in Age TC TG ldl-c Weight and BMI(P<0.05).The male control group was compared with the male group D and the male group E,respectively.The male control group had a lower level of Age TC TG Hcy Weight and BMI,and the difference was statistically significant.Hdl-c levels in the male control group were all higher than those in the male group B,male group C,male group D and male group E,with statistically significant differences.Compared with the male group B,hdl-c HbA1 c and Weight BMI of the male group A were at A higher level,with statistically significant differences.Compared with the male group C,the male group A had A lower TG Height Weight and BMI and A higher hdl-c,with statistically significant differences.Compared with group D,group A of male was at A lower level in terms of Hcy Weight and BMI,while group A of male was at A higher level in terms of HbA1 c.The differences were statistically significant.Compared with male group A and male group E,TG Hcy Weight and BMI were at A lower level and hdl-c and HbA1 c were at A higher level,with statistically significant differences.Compared with male group B and male group C,there was no statistical difference in the observed indicators.Compared with the male group D,the Hcy of the male group B was at a lower level,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the male group B and the male group E,Hcy BMI was at a lower level,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with group D,the Hcy of group C was at a lower level and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the male group C and the male group E,the Height of the male group C was at a lower level in Hcy,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with male group D and male group E,there was no statistical difference in the observed indicators.2.Among the observed female subjects,the female control group was relatively lower in Age,TC,ldl-c,Weight and BMI than the female group A and B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the female control group and the female group C,the female control group had a lower level of Age TC Hcy Weight and a higher level of hdl-c,with statistically significant differences.Compared with the female control group and the female group D,the female control group had a lower TC TG ldl-c Hcy Weight and BMI,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the female group A and female group B,there was no statistical difference in the observed indexes between the two groups.Compared with the female group C,the female group A had A lower Hcy Weight and BMI,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with female group D,female group A had A lower level of Hcy,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the female C group and D group,the female B group had a lower level of Hcy,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistical difference in the observed indexes between the female group C and the female group D.3.Compared with the male and female control group,men had lower hdl-c level and higher Hcy level,with statistically significant differences.There was no statistical difference in the observed indexes between male and female group A.Compared with the male and female group B,the male group C had a lower level of hdl-c and a higher BMI,with statistically significant differences.Compared with the male and female group D,the male group D had a higher BMI,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.In male patients with type 2 diabetes,TG BMI gradually increased with the increase of uric acid level;TC Hcy first increased and then decreased with the increase of uric acid level,TC peaked at 420 ?mol/L?UA <480 ?mol/L,and Hcy peaked at 480? mol/L?UA <540 ?mol/L.With the increase of uric acid level,hdl-c first decreased and then increased,and was at the lowest level when 420? mol/L?UA <480 ?mol/L.2.In women with type 2 diabetes,TC TG increased gradually with the increase of uric acid level;Hdl-c decreased first and then increased with the increase of uric acid level,reaching the lowest level when 420?mol/L?UA <480?mol/L.With the increase of uric acid level,Hcy BMI first increased and then decreased,and reached the highest level when 420?mol/L?UA <480?mol/L.3.At the same uric acid level,BMI of men was higher than that of women,and hdl-c of men was lower than that of women.4.Obesity in men with high uric acid type 2 diabetes mellitus is a risk factor for dyslipidemia.
