Dimensional Renin Cream Clinical Research, Prevention And Treatment Of Sub-health State Deficiency Syndrome Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

ObjectiveThis study,by observing the influence of Weishensu Plasters to the kidney-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency of the sub-healthy state,determine its efficacy,also provide theoretical bases to promote the clinical use of Weishensu Plasters and the further syndrome study of the sub-healthy state.Methods1.Object of the survey120 patients judged to the kidney-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency of the sub-health state were divided into two groups randomly,70 patients were treated by Weishensu Plasters belong to the treated group,the other 50 patients were not treated belong to the contrast group.2.Obsevration method"Sub-health crowd of Chinese medicine basic syndrome epidemiological survey" and "Symptoms of kidney deficiency classification quantitative criteria table" are as the investigative tools.Each patient should answer the questionnaire in accordance with the requirements of the survey,and under the guidance of doctors to complete questionnaires.The person of treated group should fill in the questionnaire once more after one month's therapy.Furthemore,the person of contrast group should also fill in the questionnaire one month later without treatment.All questionnaires recovered are to qualify the grading questions in accordance with the 1-5 score.3.TreatmentEvery patient of treated group was given the oral Weishensu Plasters.Each one took 30g,twice a day,taking it at morning or evening,30 days for a course of treatment and other medicine should be forbidden during the period,and order taking life,diet,living regularly.The contrast group should not take any drugs,and order taking life,diet,living regularly.4.Statistical indexâ‘ Overall effect:According to Chinese medicine Clinical symptoms of criteria,we can determine the total efficiency of the two groups and the treatment rates of the kidney-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency.â‘¡The main body symptom:18 main body symptoms were reflected as questions in the questionnaire.The answers to the questions were scored by 1 to 5 according to the symptom degree.The higher score showed the worse body feeling.â‘¢Kidney deficiency symptom:According to the form of kidney deficiency symptom quantitative grade criteria,the treated group were scored before and after the treatment,the higher score shows that the more serious symptoms of kidney deficiency.Calculation of the each symptom and the total symptoms score points are as the observed symptoms of kidney deficiency.â‘£Quality of life:29 questions reflecting the quality of life were divided into 4 fields.Calculated the scores of each field according to the formula of WHOQOL(BREF).The higher score mean the better quality of life.5.Statistical methodAll scores were regarded as measurement data,0.05 was selected as the size of test,set up the database and finish all statistical analysis by SPSS10.0.ResultThe total effective rate of the treated group and the contrast group ware 78.57% and 48%respectively.There was statistical differences between the treated group and the contrast group,which indicated that the total effect of the treated group was better than that of the contrast group.There was statistical differences between the kidney-Yang deficiency and kidney-Yin deficiency of the sub-healthy state among two groups,which indicated that the treated group had better effect on kidney-Yang deficiency and kidney-Yin deficiency than the contrast group.In the treated group,the statistical analysis to the scores of the main body symptom and the kidney deficiency symptom showed that there were obvious statistical differences between the collected score evaluated before the treatment and that after the treatment.But the contrary result was showed in the contrast group. Furthermore,the statistical differences were also showed between the scores evaluated by the simplex symptom of the main body symptom and the kidney deficiency symptom before the treatment and that after the treatment in the treated group.Those symptoms were described as lassitude,short breathe,vertigines,thirsty, feverish palms and soles,spontaneous perspiration,night sweat,chest distress,bitter taste of mouth,dryness eyes and each kidney deficiency symptom.To analyze every facet of the life quality in each group,there were obvious statistical differences between the scores evaluated before the treatment and that after the treatment in the face to physiology,psychology and social relationship in the treated group.And there were no differences to the scores of each facet in the contrast group.There was no abnormality between before and after treatments among the treated group which indicated that Weishensu Plasters was a safe,effect and no toxicity treatment method for the kidney-Yang deficiency and the kidney-Yin deficiency of the sub-healthy state.ConclusionWenshensu Plasters can release parts of the body symptoms of the kidney-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency of the sub-healthy state,improve the kidney deficiency symptom effectively,also can improve the physiological condition,the psychological condition and the social relationship condition of the kidney-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency of the sub-health state.It was indicated that Weishensu Plasters can regulate the physically and mentally conditions,improve the quality of life,as reducing and preventing the occurrence of various diseases and strengthening universal health to improve the quality of life be of great significance.
