Objection: Observe effect of electric-accupuncture therapy with arthritis perimeter of rabbits model with Acute Gouty Arthritis. Compare the content of 5-HT, HA, LTB4 and NO among three groups, explore the mechanism of electric-accupuncture therapy on acute gouty arthritis partly.Method: Made the acute gouty arthritis rabbits model by injecting sodium urate crystal into both knee joints of rabbits, with the principal of "removing Heat and Dampness, strengthening Spleen and tonifying Kidney" , acupunctured "Zusanli" and "Sanyinjiao" points with electric once daily lasting seven days, measured and compare the perimeter of articular genu before making model, after making model and after treatment among three groups, got membrana synovialis and synovial fluid after seven days killing the animals. Discoved the content change of Histamine, Serotonin , Leukotriene, vasoditation factor nitrogen monoxidum and the of synovial membrance with Fluorimetry, Enzyme Immunoassay and Nitric Acid Reduction.Result: Firsly, perimeter of articular genu of rabbits in treatment group is reduced more obviously than that in model group (P P<0. 05) , Secondly, the content of inflammation mediator, HA, 5-HT, LTB4 and vasoditation factor NO were reduced with electric-accupuncture therapy, the change of group of electric-accupuncture therapy had obvious significance compared with model group , P<0.01.Conclusion: Electric-accupuncture therapy can retrieve permeability of local arthritis of rabbits suffering acute gouty arthritis and engorgement statement. The contents of HA, 5-HT, LTB4, vasoditation factor NO were reduced with electric-accupuncture therapy.
