Purpose:To make sure the analgesic effect of electro-acupuncture for acute gouty arthritis in Wistas rats,reveal the mechanism of its analgesic,and provide experimental basis for clinical application.Methods:96 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into Normal group,Model group,Filiform needle group and Electro-acupuncture group,24 in each group.After making model rats 1day,3days,5 days,we observed the acute gouty arthritis's gait and pain threshold changes with gait classification score and radiant heat lamp irradiation.Determined subjects with pain medium potassium(K~+) content in synovial tissue of ankle,and norepineplurine(NE), dopamine(DA) and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) contents with miller fluorescence.And analyzed statistically.Results:1.Compared with the Model group,Electro-acupuncture group and Filiform needle group can decrease rats' gait classification score Significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05);at different time points,the treatment of rats' acute gouty arthritis,Electro-acupuncture group gets lower gait score than Filiform needle group(P<0.05).2.Electro-acupuncture group and Filiform needle group could raise the pain threshold of rats(P<0.01,P<0.05);at different time points in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,Electro-acupuncture group increase pain threshold of rats significantly compared with filiform needle group(P<0.05).3.Electro-acupuncture group and Filiform needle group could reduce K~+,DA,NE,and 5-HT contents significantly;compared with Filiform needle group,Electro-acupuncture group cents significantly reduce in above contents at different time points in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis(P<0.05 ).Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture with dense wave on acute gouty arthritis has obvious analgesic effect on rats,can decrease the gait classification score significantly and increase the pain threshold.2.Electro-acupuncture with dense wave can inhibit the K~+, which is pain medium potassium content in synovial tissue of ankle,DA,NE and 5-HT contents,this illustrate that electro-acupuncture play an analgesic effect by inhibit pain medium potassium content and change the content of monoamine neurotransmitters which exist in the local inflammational tissue.3.Electro-acupuncture with dense wave get better effects on decreasing the gait classification score and increasing the pain threshold,and inhibit the K~+,DA,NE and 5-HT contents.Electro-acupuncture with dense wave play better analgesic effect than Filiform needle.
