Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy By Stiletto Needle Combined With Rotation-traction Manipulation

ObjectiveCervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy is one sort of the common daily life Cervical Radiculopathy disease.The disease is also very frequently encountered and difficult to heal in clinical practice.In recent years,the morbidity of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy is increasing and younger-age trend,it severely impair our people' s daily life.This research is probe the mechanism of action of the stiletto needle combined with rotation-traction manipulation in the matter of treatment on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy.To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy by stiletto needle combined with rotation-traction manipulation as treatment group which compared with the control group of Seat cervical spine traction combined cervical collar.MethodsTo Choose 60 patients which diagnosed with CSR from Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to January 2017.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Referring to cervical spondylosis clinical effect assessment standards of SamPath,PrakashMD,VAS painful scale grade and Disease of TCM syndrome diagnosis curative standard to assessing the clinical efficacy scores of the two groups.The data were compared and analyzed by SPSS21.0 software.Results1.There is no different among the two group' s gender,age,course of disease through using the statistical calculation.2.Before the treatment,the two groups of VAS pain score and symptoms&signs grading score difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the first and second treatment,the difference of two type scores in each groups which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups' VAS and symptoms and signs grading scores had all decreased evidently(P<0.05)and with more significant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).That is indicated treatment group curative effect is superior to the control group on the CSR.3.The treatment group heal in 6 cases,16 cases had marked effect,4 cases had effect,4cases had non-effective;The control group heal in 4 cases,15 cases had marked effect,5 cases had effect,6 cases had non-effective.The difference of the two groups total effective rate was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The treatment of stiletto needle combined with rotation-traction manipulation has a steady curative effect in CSR.This method is reflecting the concept of bones and muscles which are all very important in the Chinese traditional medicine,and it brings out the advantages of Chinese medicine conservative treatment.2.The patients can take this treatment to relieve the pain of neck and arms significantly,and enjoy a better quality of life.What' s more,the operation of stiletto needle and rotation-traction manipulation is very simple and convenient,and it is suitable for clinical application.
