Clinical Study Of Laparoendoscopic Single Site Surgery Of Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective: To explore the safety and feasibility of transumbilical singleport laparoscopy in the staging of endometrial cancer,so as to expand the application of transumbilical single-port laparoscopy in gynecological malignant tumor surgery.Methods: 100 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted to the department of gynaecology of guangxi zhuang autonomous region from June2014 to June 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects,and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received single-port transumbilical laparoscopic endometrial carcinoma staging surgery,and the control group received conventional laparoscopic endometrial carcinoma staging surgery.After treatment,the intraoperative and postoperative conditions,postoperative complications,surgical effects,postoperative disease rate,pain score and postoperative beauty of the patients were compared and analyzed.Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,number of pelvic lymph nodedissection,intraoperative and postoperative complications,postoperative disease rate,and postoperative exhaust time(P > 0.05).The length of hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The number of patients with fever on the second and third days after surgery in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Experimental postoperative 24 hours in the supine position,seat stand pain score was no evident difference with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),postoperative 24 hours walking pain score significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),postoperative experimental satisfied with postoperative cosmetic effect than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: It is safe and feasible to apply transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery in the staging operation of endometrial cancer,and it has the characteristics of rapid postoperative recovery,less pain,good cosmetic effect and fewer days in hospital,which is worthy of promotion.
