Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To explore the application value of the hysterectomy of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery.Methods:120 case of patients with benign disease of gynaecology were treated with hysterectomy in January 2013 and January 2013. Randomly assigned 60 case were treated with LESS-TH are selected as research group.60 case were treated with traditional laparoscopic hysterectomy are selected as control group. This experiment collects surgery data of all patient in two groups, including operative time, perioperative period complications, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative complication rate, postoperative VAS pain score, hospital stay, satisfaction of patients, and carries on the analysis comparison. Results:Two groups are performed smoothly. Two groups had no intraoperative and postoperative complications, no operative deaths, no operation was transferred to open operation.Operation time of the reaserch group and control group respectively is (98.91±18.97) min and (90.60±15.73) min, Blood lost in the operation respectively is (65.00±21.75)ml and (67.36±38.02) ml, length of hospital stay respectively is (7.57±0.98) and (7.13±1.01) days, postoperative complication rate respectively is 5% and 8.3%. There is no significant difference was observed in operation time, blood lost, length of hospital stay and postoperative complication rate (P> 0.05). Of the reaserch group and control group, Postoperative pain score of research group and control group respectively is (1.41±0.27) and (1.61± 0.27). Postoperative pain score of research group was significantly less than in the control group (P< 0.05). Recovery time of gastro intestinal function respectively is (44.00±9.34) h and (49.07±5.00) h. Recovery time of gastro intestinal function of research group was significantly less than in the control group (P<0.05). Postoperative follow-up of 3 months, two groups of patients had no obvious self-conscious symptom, vaginal discharge is normal. no incision hernia and infection of incision occurred. wound healed well. The satisfaction of research group and control group respectively is (4.57±0.51) and (4.07±0.54). The patients satisfaction of research group was significantly was better than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Single-site laparoscopic surgery is safe and feasible surgical management. More and more patients acceptec the surgical management that due to the less postoperative pain, postoperative recover faster and better cosmetic effect.
