Non-inferiority Study Of Laparoendoscopic Single Site Surgery Combined With Hysteroscopy In The Treatment Of Tubal Infertility

Objective:To investigate the value of Laparoendoscopic single site surgery combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of fallopian tubal dysplasia.Methods:100 patients with tubal infertility who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were analyzed.The treatment group was treated with Laparoendoscopic single site surgery combined with hysteroscopy,while the control group was treated with traditional laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy.Results:There were no conversion to laparotomy in all the operations,and no conversion to traditional laparoscopy and hyseroscopy in the combination of single hole laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.Laparoendoscopic single site surgery combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility has the same therapeutic effects as traditional laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy.And it even has shorter postoperative hospital stay(P<0.05),less cost(P<0.05),less postoperative pain(P<0.05)and more beautiful.Conclusion:The value of laparoendoscopic single site surgery combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility is better than that of traditional laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy.
