| Objective:To analyze and compare the clinical symptoms,liver function.blood lipids,serum endotoxin(Lipopolysaccharide LPS)and other indicators of TCM,and to analyze the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jianpi Decoction on non-alcoholic fatty liver of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and serum endotoxin.The impact of this,in order to provide scientific basis and reference for the clinical treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver.Method:Sixty patients with NAFLD who met the inclusion criteria of this subject were collected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 people in each group.Basic treatment was given to both groups of patients:appropriate exercise plus dietary adjustment.The patients in the control group were given oral Yishanf-u capsules,and the patients in the observation group were given oral Chinese medicine for Shugan Jianpi Decoction.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms,liver function,blood lipids,endotoxin and other indicators of TCM patients before and after treatment were observed and recorded,and the treatment results were analyzed.Results:1.The clinical symptomatic effect of TCM:the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The traditional Chinese medicine Shugan Jianpi Decoction has more advantages in the curative effect of TCM syndrome(P<0.05).2.Total scores of TCM syndromes:The total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The comparison between groups showed that the Chinese medicine Shugan Jianpi Decoction reduced the total score of TCM symptoms more significantly(P<0.05).3,single TCM symptom scores:two groups of patients with chest stagnation,depression,fatigue,fatigue,abdominal pain and diarrhea scores were lower than before treatment;in improving chest pain and swelling,Chinese medicine was significantly better than Western medicine(P<0.01);In the improvement of depression,fatigue and fatigue,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine was more significant(P<0.05);in the improvement of abdominal pain and diarrhea,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was equivalent(P>0.05).4.Liver function indicators:The liver function indexes of ALT,AST and GGT in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The comparison between groups showed that Chinese medicine and western medicine improved the liver function(P>0.05).5.Blood lipid index:The blood lipid index of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment.The comparison between groups showed that the effect of traditional Chinese medicine was better than that of western medicine in reducing TG and LDL(P<0.05).The effect of traditional Chinese medicine was better than western medicine in improving HDL.(P<0.01);Chinese medicine and western medicine were equivalent in reducing TC(P>0.05).6.Endotoxin(LPS)index:LPS levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The comparison between groups showed that the effect of Chinese medicine on lowering LPS was greater than that in western medicine group(P<0.05).7.Abdominal color Doppler efficacy:The effective rate of the treatment group was 73.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was equivalent(P>0.05).8.Comprehensive clinical efficacy:The effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,and the effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The efficacy of Chinese medicine and western medicine was equivalent(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jianpi Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of NAFLD,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the four blood lipid indexes of TC,TG,LDL and HDL,and reduce the serum endotoxin level. |
