Clinical Study Of Yinqiao Sanren Decoction In The Treatment Of Common Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

Objective: The clinical study of Yinqiao Sanren Decoction in the treatment of common hand-foot-mouth disease(lung-spleen syndrome of evil offenders)Provide reference for the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease in this region.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,120 children with hand,foot and mouth disease(lung and spleen syndrome)who met the criteria of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion in the Department of Pediatrics,Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Southwest Medical University were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine:intramuscular injection of recombinant human interferon α1b and symptomatic support therapy,the experimental group was treated with Yinqiao Sanren Decoction plus Western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed for 5 days.The time of temperature return to normal,time of absolution of oral herpes,time of rash absolution,time of red throat pain,time of disappearance of cough,and time of abnormal stool disappearance were compared between the two groups.Blood routine and liver and kidney function examination were performed before and after treatment in the two groups,conduct safety evaluation.Results There was no significant difference in the baseline data between the two groups,which was comparable(P>0.05).Compared with the two groups,45 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective in the control group,while 54 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective and 0 cases were ineffective in the experimental group.After comparison,there was a statistical difference in efficacy between the two groups(Z=-2.220,P=0.026).The time of temperature return to normal in the control group was(3.54±0.87)d,while that in the experimental group was(2.87±0.76)d.After comparison,there was a statistical difference in the time of temperature return to normal in the two groups(t=7.235,P<0.05).The time of rash resolution in the control group was(5.98±0.97)d,while that in the experimental group was(3.11±0.34)d.After comparison,there was a statistical difference in the time of rash resolution between the two groups(t=8.113,P<0.05).The healing time of oral ulcer in the control group was(5.75±0.82)d,while that in the experimental group was(4.21±0.56)d.After comparison,there was a statistical difference in the healing time of oral ulcer in the two groups(t=7.009,P<0.05).The duration of cough disappearance in the control group was(3.41±0.66)d,while that in the experimental group was(2.32±0.54)d.After comparison,there was a statistical difference in the duration of cough disappearance between the two groups(t=7.876,P<0.05).The abnormal disappearance time of stool in the control group was(3.55±0.68)d,while that in the experimental group was(3.32±0.67)d.After comparison,there was a statistical difference in the abnormal disappearance time of stool in the two groups(t=-2.923,P<0.05).The time of disappearance of nausea and vomiting in the control group was(2.76±0.32)d,while that in the experimental group was(1.12±0.21)d.After comparison,there was a statistical difference in the time of disappearance of nausea and vomiting in the two groups(t=7.431,P<0.05).The disappearance time of appetite difference was(4.86±0.82)d in the control group and(3.11±0.31)d in the experimental group.After comparison,there was a statistical difference in the disappearance time of appetite difference between the two groups(t=7.128,P<0.05).During the study,there were no complications in both groups,and no abnormal safety indicators after treatment.Conclusion 1.Yinqiao sanren decoction combined with western medicine has obvious advantages in the time when body temperature returns to normal,the time when oral herpes subsides and rash subsides in common hand-foot-mouth disease.2.The improvement of TCM symptoms such as nausea and vomiting,abnormal stool,red throat pain,poor appetite,cough and other symptoms was better than the western medicine group.3.Yinqiao sanren decoction is effective in treating common hand,foot and mouth disease,with few side effects and good safety,it provides an effective and feasible treatment method for the clinical treatment of hand foot and mouth disease(pathogenic infection of lung and spleen syndrome).
