Analysis And Research Of Medical Syndrome Types In Children With Hand Foot And Mouth Disease In Heilongjiang Province

Abstract:Based on Meta analysis of literature and application of Delphi method, we got the TCM syndrome type analysis draft of HFMD in Heilongjiang area.Methods:Literature analysisUsing domestic literature database system to search for the references and cases of TCM application on hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD), meanwhile, combined with the characteristics of Heilongjiang area, we designed the Delphi questionnaire.Expert inquiryWith Delphi method, we carried out the expert questionnaire surveys. Based on the concentration and coordination degree of the opinions received from the related experts, we performed the statistical analysis on the index mean, full marks ratio and variation coefficient of the related data, and fed back the analysis information to the relevant experts in the next round questionnaire. Finally, with a total of three rounds questionnaires, we got the TCM syndrome type analysis draft of HFMD in Heilongjiang Province.Results:After the retrieval of the domestic literature database, expert questionnaires were designed based on nearly 100 target articles in recent 20 years. We performed three rounds of expert consultation and established the TCM syndrome type analysis scheme that conformed to the clinical practice of children with HFMD in Heilongjiang area.Conclusion:Through carrying Delphi analysis on expert questionnaires of TCM standardization research on children with HFMD in Heilongjiang area, and according to the professional advice and suggestions provided by the experts, we established the TCM syndrome type analysis draft which might contribute to the implementation of follow-up studies.
