Purpose:Through questionnaires,we can understand the mental health status of long-term bedridden elderly family caregivers, and explore the influencing factors of mental health status of long-term bedridden elderly family caregivers, and provide targeted care interventions to better caregivers.Provide a reference for roles, maintaining patient and family health.Method:Questionnaires were used to study the current situation. The long-term bedridden elderly family caregivers were selected as subjects. The questionnaire was distributed in February 2018.The general health questionnaire,Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)was used to assess the mental health status of family caregivers and to analyze the influencing factors. All data were built using Excel software, and statistical analysis was performed on the recorded data using SPSS 24.0.The basic information of the collected subjects was expressed by mean±standard deviation. The differences between different variables were compared by t test and analysis of variance. The multivariate stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the mental health of family caregivers.Result:1.Long-term bedridden elderly family members have mental health problems, and the incidence of mental health problems is 19.5%.2.The degree of care of the caregiver, the time of daily care, the frequency of outdoor sports, and the number of years of care can account for 37.8% of the total score variation of the SCL-90 Symptom Checklist. The younger the age,the shorter the number of years of care, the shorter the daily care time, and the lower the scores of family caregivers who often exercise outside the stock, the less likely they are to have mental health problems. Conclusion:The longer the caregiver takes care of,the more likely it is to have psychological problems;as the length of care and time increases, mental health problems become more serious.Reducing the time of accompanying and often exercising outdoors can alleviate the mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and nervousness of thecaregiver. It is recommended that caregivers take appropriate physical exercise while taking care of the elderly in bed, effectively reducing their mental health problems.
