Research On The Influencing Factors And Correlation Between Self-efficacy And Caregiver Burden And Anxiety In Long-term Coma Patients

Purpose:To investigate the status quo of the burden,anxiety and general self-efficacy of the primary caregivers of long-term coma patients,the factors affecting the burden,anxiety and general self-efficacy of the main caregivers were analyzed.Self-efficacy and main caregivers to take care of the burden,the correlation of anxiety,thus for clinical medical personnel and related departments to provide theoretical basis for guidance and assistance,as well as further research long-term coma patients primary caregiver burden lay the foundation.Methods:This study used quantitative research and qualitative research method of combining,collected in January 2017 to December 2017 in nanchang city level 3 general hospital met inclusion and exclusion criteria of long-term coma of hospitalized patients with a total of 160 cases of primary caregivers.The general information questionnaire,the Caregiver Burden Inventory(ZBI),the self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the general self-efficacy Scale(GSES)were investigated.The collected data was recorded in Excel spreadsheet and established database,and SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Consequence:1.Of the 160 caregivers surveyed,39.4%were men and 60.6%were women.The proportion of caregivers was 37.5 per cent,51.9 per cent for children or parents and 10.6 per cent for other relatives.In this study,80%of caregivers in existence,severe and more to take care of the burden,no anxiety caregivers accounted for 48.1%,51.9%Caregivers with anxiety,caregivers self-efficacy in the middle and lower levels.2.Caregivers of gender,age,cultural degree,relationship with patients and caregivers,household annual per capita disposable income,marital status,perceived health status,to take care of the patients with time every day,whether someone help care,anxiety and self-efficacy level for all affect the burden of caregivers to take care of,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Caregivers of gender,age,relationship with patients and caregivers in cultural level,family average per capita disposable income,marital status,perceived health status,whether someone help care,patient age,caregiver burden level,all affect the self-efficacy level of caregivers anxiety,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Caregivers of gender,age,relationship with patients and caregivers culture level,caregivers work situation,whether someone help care and caregiver burden level,anxiety has influence to the caregivers self-efficacy,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Through multivariate analysis,it was found that the factors affecting the care burden of primary caregivers were:anxiety level,daily care time of more than 8 hours,self-consc.ious health better,relationship with patients(siblings,other relatives),caregiver gender.;Factors that influence caregivers' anxiety include self-efficacy level,caregiver education level,married status,and caregiver's burden of care;The factors influencing the self-efficacy of caregivers were:anxiety,caregiver sex.4.Through data analysis,It was found that the self-efficacy level was negatively correlated with the burden and anxiety of caregivers,and the burden of caregivers was positively correlated with anxiety.Conclusion:1.Long-term coma patients are the main caregivers,and there is a high level of care burden,high anxiety level and low self-efficacy.2.The main factors affecting caregivers' burden are anxiety level(B = 5.795,P =0.000),more than 8 hours in a day care time(B=14.514,P=0.031),and self-conscious health condition is good(B=-10.772,P=0.007),and patients with brothers and sisters in the relationship(B=-12.482,P=0.033),and other relatives(B=-10.106,P=0.022),caregivers gender(B=6.103,P=0.010).The main factors that affect caregivers' anxiety are self-efficacy level(B=-10.020,P<0.001)the degree of care of the caregiver(B=-3.035,P=0.002),Married(B=-7.327,P=0.020),caregiver burden level(B=6.366,P<0.001).The main factors that affect the self-efficacy of caregivers are:anxiety level(B=-2.691,P<0.001),caregiver sex(B=-2.647,P=0.005).3.The higher the self-efficacy level of the caregiver,the lower the anxiety level and the less burden of care.In the clinical nursing work,we focus only on the care of patients,often ignoring the care of caregivers.In the clinical work,we should pay more attention to the family members of the patients,communicate more,care more about and help the caregiver,ease the anxiety of the caregiver,enhance the confidence,and improve the care effect.
