The Clinical Observation Of Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome) By A Changed Decoction Of Shentongzhuyutang

Objective: Guided by the theory of collateral disease,using Changed decoction of Shentongzhuyutang in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),to observe its efficacy and safety,for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with new ideas,provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and better.Methods: 60 cases of patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in the treatment group were given basic treatment plus Changed decoction of Shentongzhuyutang;the control group of 30 cases,treated with Methycobal treatment,observe and record the observation of symptoms before and after treatment 10 g nylon yarn touch,,diapason vibration sensation,visual analogue score,glucose and lipid metabolism changes,the results were compared and analyzed,compared to improve the situation.4 weeks for a course of treatment,with a total of 3 courses of treatment for 1 weeks.Results: After the end of the experiment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improving the sense of touch and vibration,lowering blood glucose,regulating blood lipid and relieving the sensory function of the lower limbs.During the whole experiment,the safety index of the two groups was not abnormal.Conclusion: Changed decoction of Shentongzhuyutang in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improving the sense of touch and vibration,lowering blood glucose,regulating blood lipid and relieving the sensory function of the lower limbs.It is suggested that treatment of phlegm and blood stasis and collateral collaterals can promote the repair of peripheral nervous system injury,curative effect was not observed any side effects.
