Clinical Observation Of Diuretic And Blood Stasis Therapy Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Ureteral Calculi

Objective : By observing the clinical efficacy of diuresis and blood stasis therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of ureteral calculi,the efficacy,feasibility and safety of diuresis and blood stasis therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of ureteral calculi were objectively evaluated,providing some references for clinical treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods : 72 patients with ureteral calculi who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random table method,36 cases in each group.In the treatment group,sanjintong yupaishi granule was taken orally,and acupuncture therapy was performed once a day;in the control group,sanjintong yupaishi granule was taken orally,and the total course of treatment was 2 weeks.After 2 weeks,the effective rate,stone excretion rate,stone excretion time,remission degree of hydronephrosis,syndrome integral of traditional Chinese medicine,remission situation of common symptoms,urinary leukocyte,urinary erythrocyte(occult blood),liver and kidney function were compared between the two groups,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of diuresis and blood stasis combined with acupuncture in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Results: 1.After treatment,the effective rate was 90.32% in the treatment group and 71.86% in the control group,which was more effective than the control group(P=0.007<0.01).The stone excretion rate of the treatment group was 80.64%,and that of the control group was 46.88%.The stone excretion rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P=0.008<0.01).The stone excretion time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of thecontrol group(P=0.006<0.01).2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P=0.000<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.012<0.05).Compared with the control group before treatment,common symptoms were significantly reduced in both the treatment group and the control group(all P=0.000<0.01),and symptoms were significantly reduced in both the treatment group and the treatment group after treatment(all P<0.05).3.After treatment,the number of WBC in urine routine of patients in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no difference in the number of WBC in urine routine between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.304>0.05).Both the treatment group and the control group showed a significant decrease in urinary red blood cells(occluded blood)(P=0.000<0.01),and the improvement of urinary red blood cells(occluded blood)in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P=0.004<0.01).4.After treatment,the degree of hydronephrosis in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P=0.000<0.01),and the improvement of hydronephrosis in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P=0.006<0.01).Renal function indexes(BUN and Scr)of both treatment group and control group were lower than those before treatment(P=0.000<0.01),and there was no significant change in renal function indexes(BUN and Scr)between treatment group and control group(P=0.084>0.05,P=0.281>0.05).5.There were no abnormal changes in liver function of the two groups before and after the treatment,and no adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Ureteral calculi treated with diuresis and removing stasis combined with acupuncture can effectively promote the descending or discharging of calculi,shorten the discharging time of calculi,relieve the clinical symptoms and positive signs,significantly reduce the syndrome integral of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the rate of stone excretion and the effective rate.Clinical application safety,no obvious adverse reactions,can provide some clinical treatment methods,worthyof promotion and application.
