Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of heat clearing and stasis removing therapy for ureteral calculi after ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Methods:The research integrates 368 cases of patients with ureteral calculi whose sizes are 8?20mm. The cases are randomly divided into 2 groups postoperative ureteroscopic lithotripsy:the heat clearing and stasis removing group 186 cases, the control group 182 cases. Ultrasonography or X-ray KUB (KUB) and Urine routine are examined in all patients postoperative 1,2,4 weeks. The curative effect indexes are detected such as stone expulsion time, hematuria and renal colic rate and degree. All data carry on the analysis by the SPSS 19.0 statistics software. Results:The stone free rate in the heat clearing and stasis removing group are 67.74%; 90.32% and the rate of control group are 45.60%; 74.18% postoperative 1, 2weeks respectively, which shows that the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). The heat clearing and stasis removing group hematuria degree is lower than the control group postoperative 1,2,4 weeks, which shows that the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). The renal colic rate in the heat clearing and stasis removing group is 53.76% and the rate of control group is 68.13%, and abdominal pain severity is lighter in the treatment group than the control group, which shows that the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:It is an effective therapy that the heat clearing and stasis removing treats ureteral calculi after ureteroscopic lithotripsy. It significantly improves the stone expulsion, and reducing the occurrence of hematuria and renal colic.
