Clinical Observation Of Qingyu Paishi Granule In The Treatment Of Upper Ureteral Calculi Of Stasis In The Lower Energizer Type

Objective: Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingyu Paishi granule in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi of lower Jiao stasis type,so as to promote its clinical application.Methods: A total of 60 patients with upper ureteral calculi of lower burning stasis type who were admitted to the Department of Lithology,Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 and who met the inclusion criteria were selected.The patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30)using random number table method.The experimental group was treated with Qingyu Paishi granules,while the control group was treated with Shenshitong granules for 2 weeks.The stone excretion rate,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,adverse reactions,etc.of patients in the two groups after treatment were observed and recorded.PASW Statistics 18 statistical software was used for analysis,and preliminary efficacy and safety evaluation was made according to the data obtained from the trial.Results:(1)The results of gender,age,left and right distribution of upper ureteral calculi,stone size and TCM syndrome score before treatment between the two groups were all P > 0.05,with no statistical significance and comparability.(2)The calculi excretion rate of the experimental group was 50%,and that of the control group was 23.33%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was93.33%,and that in the control group was 83.33%,P < 0.05.(4)The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group and the control group was P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(5)The treatment of Qingyu Paishi granule is 1.835 yuan per bag,77.07 yuan for one course,2.50 yuan for Shenshitong granule and 105 yuan for one course.Conclusion:(1)Both Qingyu Paishi granule and Shenshitong granule are effective in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi of lower burning stasis type.The stone discharge rate of Qingyu Paishi granule is higher than that of Shenshitong granule,and the total clinical efficacy rate of Qingyu Paishi granule is 93.33%,while the total clinical efficacy rate of Shenshitong granule is 76.67%.It is said that Yupaishi granules in Ming and Qing Dynasties have better curative effect than Shenshitong granules.(2)After the treatment of Qingyu Paishi granule,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 93.33%,while the total effective rate of Shenshitong granule was 83.33%,which indicated that Qingyu Paishi granule was better than Shenshitong granule in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.(3)From the perspective of the adverse reaction rate of Qingyu Paishi Granules and Shenshitong Granules in the treatment process,there is little difference between them,both of them have good clinical safety and can be applied in clinical practice.(4)In terms of price,compared with Shenshitong granule,Qingyu Paishi granule has lower cost and better economic benefits.
