The Study Of Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Points Khoo Ureteral Calculi Discharged

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to observe the test group (acupuncture group) and control group (non-acupuncture group) total effect of two groups of patients after the judgment, symptom score, time row of stone, different disease type, different path length, different locations the cure rate and other differences, evaluation of the impact of acupuncture points on the Khoo ureteral calculi discharged.MethodThis thesis selected 72 cases of ureteral calculi patients who both conform to the standard of Ureteral calculi in TCM and western medicine diagnosis in surgical emergency of the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM from October 2015 to March 2016.All patients have been diagnosed by ultrasound or abdominal X-ray diagnosis, and conform to the standard (all patients are excluded by the exclusion standard, and some cases included by the standard are also excluded. According to the randomization methods, all patients were divided into control group and experimental group, control group consists of 37 cases, exprimental group consists of 32 cases. Firstly, patients’basic information, various imaging and laboratory results were detailed recorded. Both groups were sex, age, the number of incidence, long diameter stones, stone location, TCM syndrome type were performed by comparing the statistical line baseline, the two groups to ensure that the base level of difference was not statistically significant, comparable equilibrium. According to the control group to group oral capsule tamsulosin (0.2mg Po. qd) treatment. on the basis of routine treatment Experimental group are applied with khoo acupuncture point treatment once a day. After the "qi", needles are retained for 15 minutes. After emergent treatment, all patients were given life directioin (1500-2000 ml of drinking water, daily exercise, diet of acrimony and appropriate drugs and food that affect calculi), following with oral consumption of relieving stranguria and discharge of calculus mixture 30 ml bid until the calculi was fully discharged or 15 days since the end of treatment course. Patient were told to returned to the hospital every 5 days for the review of ultrasound, abdominal plain film. During the treatment, patient conform the the exclusion standard are exclude from this study timely. Using SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, after comparing the efficacy of the treatment groups were determined total symptom scores, Paishi time, a different location, path length differences, different disease patients with ureteral stones cure rate if there is statistically significant.Result1, two groups of gender, age, number of incidence, long stone path, the patient’s disease and other base type T levels were used to test and chi-square test showed that the base level of the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05), having comparability.2, the total effect of the two groups after treatment compared with patients judged symptom score:After treatment, the efficacy of the two groups were determined total symptom score and rank sum test showed that the two groups after treatment to determine the efficacy of the total difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the efficacy summary points was no significant difference (P> 0.05).3, after treatment were compared Paishi time:two groups of patients after treatment Paishi time T test results showed that the two groups Paishi time difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4, two different locations after treatment, long diameter, type of stones cure disease patients compared to the situation:two different positions, long diameter, the cure rate in patients with disease type difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) after treatment.ConelusionBetter in the experimental group than the control group total effective row of stone, stone row higher rate, shorter row of stone, two stones cure rate is not due to the location of the stones, long diameter, type of disease vary different. Khoo explained acupuncture points plus tamsulosin capsules for oral discharge ureteral stones better results than when tamsulosin capsules for oral use hydrochloric acid. Acupuncture points Khoo discharge the efficacy of ureteral calculi exact, can effectively promote the discharge of ureteral stones, stone shorten the waiting time.
