Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Shumu Acupoint Buried Line In The Treatment Of Obesity In The Abdomen That Spleen Deficiency And The Body Very Wet

Purpose:To study the difference of the clinical effect of Spleen,stomach,large intestine Shumu points buried line and non-non points buried line in the treatment of obesity in the abdomen that spleen deficiency and the body very wet.Changes in body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference and appetite were observed before and after treatment.To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of spleen,stomach and large intestine Shumo buried line on obesity in the abdomen that spleen deficiency and the body very wet.To provide clinical basis for the treatment of obesity with acupoint buried line.Method:The subject of this study is the common clinical simple obesity patients with obesity in the abdomen that spleen deficiency and the body very wet.Method is RCT clinical trial was used.All subjects were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group adopts spleen,stomach and large intestine Shumu buried line.Control group to observe the group's corresponding non-non-point burying treatment.Evaluation of VAS as body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference,and appetite.Data collected before treatment,1 month after treatment,and 2 months after treatment respectively,analyzed the difference in clinical efficacy.Result:1.The weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference and appetite were significantly reduced that in both the observation group and the control group;2.There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the reduction of each indicator after 1 month of treatment;3.After 2 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in weight,body mass index,hip circumference loss between the two groups;4.After treatment in February,the observation group was better than the control group in reducing waist circumference and appetite.Conclusion:1.The body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference and appetite of patients with simple abdominal obesity can be significantly improved by using spleen,stomach,and large intestine buried line.It can provide evidence for clinical practice.2.The observation group had lower waist circumference and appetite than the control group.
