Objective:Through the clinical investigation records,this subject studied the constitution of women with climacteric syndrome in Kunming and the related influencing factors:1.To explore the TCM constitution characteristics of the disease and the correlation between its related factors.2.Preliminary identification of the susceptible constitution and risk factors of the disease.3.To explore how to alleviate the symptoms and physical and mental stress of local patients with the disease.4.To provide new ideas and directions for diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out in December 2017 to January 2019.According to the requirements of research design,200 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were collected and questionnaires were conducted.Data were collected,analyzed and summarized on the correlation between TCM constitution characteristics and related influencing factors of these patients by using flow-mediation correlation analysis method.Results:1.The constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of patients with various syndromes before and after menopause in Kunming area is mainly biased constitution,accounting for 78.50%.Among them,Yin deficiency and yangdeficiency are the most common,60 cases(30.00%)and 35 cases(17.50%)respectively.The main clinical symptoms are heat and sweating,irritability and insomnia,accounting for 87.50%,51.00% and 58.00% respectively.2.The age of onset in this survey was between 45 and 50 years old,accounting for47.50%.The majority of the population were staff(45.00%),occasional physical exercise(50.00%),high school education(46.00%),monthly income less than 2000yuan(49.00%)and occasional staying up late(48.00%).10.50% of the respondents had chronic diseases,54.50% had initiators,2 had gynecological diseases,1 had infectious diseases and 4 had blood transfusion.3.The distribution of constitutional types of TCM in women with various syndromes before and after menopause is different in age,P = 0.000,P < 0.05;Menstruation is a significant influence factor of constitution,P = 0.033,P < 0.05;the constitution of non-menopausal patients(57.50%)is more peaceful,while that of menopausal patients(42.50%)is more biased;Whether or not there is a significant difference in constitution,P = 0.021,P < 0.05;while the course of disease(P = 0.079),the number of pregnancies(P = 0.214)did not significantly affect the type of constitution,all P >0.05.4.The survey found that 42% of the premenopausal and postmenopausal patients had depressive tendencies,and most of them had only minor emotional distress.5.The TCM constitution types of this disease are as follows: Yin deficiency(30.00%),peace quality(21.50%),Yang deficiency quality(17.50%),Qi deficiency quality(8.00%),Qi depression quality(7.50%),blood stasis quality(6.50%),phlegm-dampness quality(5.00%),special quality(3.50%)damp-heat quality(0.50%).Conclusion:1.The constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of patients with various syndromes before and after menopause in Kunming area is mainly biased constitution,of which Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency are more common.The main clinical symptoms were hot sweating,irritability and insomnia.2.Investigation shows that the biased constitution distribution of patients with various syndromes before and after menopause in Kunming area is mainly Yin deficiency,followed by Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and Qi depression.It shows that the susceptible constitutions of the patients with various syndromes before and after menopause in Kunming area are at least Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and Qi depression.3.The TCM constitutional characteristics of women with various syndromes before and after menopause are correlated with age,menopause or not of menstrual status,and exercise at ordinary times,but the course of disease of patients does not significantly affect the type of constitution.4.Most of the patients found that the course of the disease was less than one year,which indicated that the patients with various syndromes before and after menopause in Kunming had the consciousness of seeing a doctor immediately at the early stage of symptoms.Mental workers with moderate educational background,general income,occasional physical exercise and staying up late in daily life have a high proportion in the incidence of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome,while patients with serious family relationship problems are not many.Most of them suffer from initiators,while a few have a history of chronic diseases,infectious diseases and operations.It shows that the educational level,family income,family relationship,chronic diseases,conscious work-life pressure,physical exercise and self-health awareness of patients are all related factors of the occurrence of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome.5.The survey showed that 42% of the patients had emotional depression tendency,and most of them had only minor emotional distress.
