| Objective: To investigate the effect of Dioscorea Gold Glue on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)with stable lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Methods: From January 2018 to January 2019,70 patients with respiratory and pulmonary spleen qi deficiency who were eligible for COPD stable phase and lung spleen qi deficiency in the respiratory medicine clinic and inpatient department of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(aged 45-75 years old),according to the random number table method is divided into control group and treatment group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation,18μg each time,once a day;the treatment group was given yam gold paste on the basis of the control group.(Dangshen 300 g,Yam 540g;Chuanxiong,bitter almond,fried atractylodes,white peony,Ophiopogon japonicus 108g;medlar,jujube,wind,platycodon,Ejiao phlegm,tangerine peel,licorice grass 200g;white lentils 180 g,rehmannia glutinosa 180 g Angelica 180 g,Jianqu 180g;Guizhi 100 g,Bupleurum 90 g,dried ginger 54 g,white peony 36g;accessories: maltose 300 g,yellow wine 100ml;For 30 days,the medicinal research and development center of the hospital made about 1200 g of cream.The method of taking is 20 g each time,taking 2 times a day,taking warm water,and taking it in the morning and before going to sleep.Both groups were treated for 2 months.All patients were enrolled in the three indicators before the treatment and on the first day after the treatment: TCM syndrome score,COPD assessment test score(CAT),lung function(forced vital capacity is FVC,forced exhalation in the first second).The volume is the change of FEV1,the ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to the forced vital capacity,FEV1/FVC%).Results:1.The curative effect of the two groups was 97.10% in the treatment group and 88.50% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of cough,cough,wheezing and shortness of breath syndrome decreased in both groups(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant,and the reduction of syndrome scores in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the aspect of fatigue and spontaneous sweat,there was no significant improvement in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The improvement was obvious(P<0.05).3.Compared with the lung function,the FEV1 and FVC in the treatment group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);but the improvement of FEV1/FVC was not obvious(P>0.05).The FVC of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Compared with the CAT scores,the scores of cough,cough,chest tightness,asthma,restricted activity,confidence in outing,sleep and energy were lower in the treatment group than in the pre-treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group and the control group had limited activity and the chest tightness score was not significantly lower than that of the control group(P>0.05),and the scores of the other same items were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: The efficacy of Dioscorea Ointment in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and stable spleen-qi deficiency syndrome can significantly reduce clinical symptoms and improve quality of life. |
