Objective: To observe the curative effect of the circulating moxibustion in the acute phase of cerebral infarction,to explore the possible mechanism of the circulating moxibustion treatment, and to provide theoretical basis and clinical evidence for promoting the clinical application of the circulating moxibustion in the treatment of encephalopathy, and to enrich the research in this field. Methods:The selected cases were from January 20,2019 to January 2019,and 90 patients admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy,Ruikang Hospital,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, were eligible for the acute diagnosis of cerebral infarction.According to the random number table method,30 patients in the control group A were treated with traditional Chinese medicine;30 patients in the control group B were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and common moxibustion;30 patients in the treatment group were treated with conventional medicine and combined circulation moxibustion.treatment.The course of treatment is 14 days.Three groups of patients underwent neurological deficit(NIHSS)score,Barthel index(BI)score and TCM syndrome score on the day of admission and within 1-2 days of treatment. All study data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy: After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group A was 66.67%,the total effective rate of the control group B was 76.67%,and the total effective rate of the treatment groupwas 90%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group A.Group B.It is suggested that the clinical curative effect of circulating moxibustion combined with western medicine is the most significant.(2)Neurological deficit(NIHSS)score:After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the three groups were lower than before, and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group B and the control group A,suggesting that circulating moxibustion combined with Western medicine routine The drug treatment was more effective in improving the NIHSS score of patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Barthel index(BI)scores of daily living ability: After treatment, the Barthel index(BI)scores of the three groups were compared, and the Barthel index(BI)scores of the control group A,the control group B and the treatment group were improved. The three groups of treatments can improve the daily living ability of patients, but the Barthel index(BI)score of the treatment group is the most obvious, indicating that the combination of circulating moxibustion combined with Western medicine can significantly improve the daily living ability of patients, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)TCM syndrome score:After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were significantly lower than before, and the treatment group had the most significant decline. It is suggested that circulating moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: In this study,we observed the clinical study of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated by circulating moxibustioncombined with traditional Chinese medicine. It was found that the combination of circulating moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and improve the NIHSS score of patients with acute cerebral infarction,Barthel.Index(BI)score and TCM symptom scores, and this treatment plan is significantly better than the general moxibustion combined with Western medicine conventional medicine treatment and simple Western medicine conventional drug treatment. And no adverse reactions occurred in this study, confirming the safety of circulating moxibustion therapy. In summary, the treatment of circulating moxibustion combined with Western medicine in the acute phase of cerebral infarction is worthy of clinical promotion.
