Tongfuxiere Huatanhuoxue Method Clinical Study Of Treating Ischemic Stroke (Cerebral Infarction) With The Acute Phase Tanrefushi Stasis Syndrome

Purpose: In this study, by observing Tongfuxiere Huatanhuoxue method for ischemicstroke, acute phase, Tanrefushi Stasis syndrome controlled study of the efficacy for thetreatment of ischemic stroke medicine efficacy and safety to provide a basis.Methods: This research adopts randomized, controlled clinical trial and included72patientswith ischemic stroke, acute phase, Tanrefushi Stasis syndrome and randomly divided intotreatment group (group A) and the control treatment group (group B). A group of36cases,using the "internal medicine foundation treatment of Western medicine+oral Chinesemedicine decoction ".Group B,36patients received internal medicine foundation treatment ofWestern medicine. Two groups of comparison and observation records in each observationpoint time.Results: After statistical analysis and14days after treatment, follow-up to the onset ofthree months.Through the Tongfuxiere Huatanhuoxue method intervention and group Acompared with group B, A group of patients in the3days,7days,14days to improve theTCM syndrome (bloating constipation, much sputum, pale lip color, tongue, tongue coatingcolor) in terms of efficacy superior to group B after statistical analysis(P<0.05). Incidence ofthe three months, patients BI score greater than or equal to65points, group A compared withgroup B and group A is better than that of group B(P<0.05). Incidence of the three months,patients with mRS scale of0to2, group A compared with group B and group A is better thanthat of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Tongfuxiere Huatanhuoxue method can significantly improve ischemicstroke acute phase Tanrefushi Stasis syndrome in patients of bloating constipation, muchsputum, pale lip color, tongue, tongue coating and other troditional Chinese medicinesyndromes as well as patients activities of daily living and decrease disability. TongfuxiereHuatanhuoxue treatment of the acute phase of ischemic stroke,acute phase, Tanrefushi Stasissyndrome in significant clinical effect, no obvious side effects and adverse reactions, worthyof clinical application.
