| Objective: In this study,through observation and comparison chinese medicated moxibustion and needle warming moxibustion clinical effect of treatment of cerebral infarction with a randomized controlled method,objective to investigate the clinical effect and advantage of the innovative application of chinese medicated moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral infarction.To provide the basis for the clinical application and promotion of this therapy in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Method: 62 cases of cerebral infarction come from geriatric and rehabilitation of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient and ward recovery period were randomly divided into: The treatment group of 31 cases was treated with chinese medicine moxibustion,and the control group was treated with needle warming moxibustion in the treatment group(n = 31).The two groups were treated for 1 times a day,7 days for a course,6 days a week and rest for 1 days.Efficacy evaluation after 4 courses of treatment.Efficacy was assessed at the time of admission(within 24 hours)and after treatment for a period of 4 weeks.The long-term efficacy was assessed at the time of admission(24 hours)and at the end of treatment,after a period of three months.To observe the changes of NIHSS score,FMA score,clinical efficacy,Barthel index and long-term efficacy of patients with cerebral infarction.All data were analyzed by SSPS19.0 analysis and then the results were obtained.Result: 1.There was comparable and no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups before treatment by statistical analysis.2.In the NIHSS score comparison,the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is proved that the treatment of chinese medicated moxibustion and needle warming moxibustion can effectively improve the neurological deficits in patients with cerebral infarction.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the therapeutic effect of needle warming moxibustion on cerebral infarction recovery was not better than that of chinese medicated moxibustion.3.After statistical analysis,the comparison of FMA score in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that chinese medicine moxibustion and needle warming moxibustion could improve the motor function of patients with cerebral infarction.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).It shows that there are no advantages and disadvantages in the treatment of limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction by chinese medicine moxibustion and needle warming moxibustion.4.After treatment,the treatment group basically recovered 5 cases,significantly improved in 12 cases,progress in 11 cases,no change 2 cases,in the total effective rate of 93.3%;In the control group,4 cases were basically recovered,and significant improvement was found in all the cases in the treatment group(11 cases).The results showed that there were no significant changes in the number of cases in the treatment group(3 cases),and the total effective rate was 90%.The results showed that the two groups had better curative effect.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period were statistically analyzed,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results showed that there were significant clinical effects of chinese medicated moxibustion and needle warming moxibustion on cerebral infarction.However,compared with chinese medicated moxibustion and needle warming moxibustion,there is no good or bad in the curative effect of chinese medicated moxibustion.5.The treatment group and the control group after three months of treatment,follow-up of patients with Barthel index score and BI score.In terms of Barthel index,compared with before treatment in the activity of eating,dressing,can control the stool,urine,can control the toilet,bed chair transfer,walking 45 meters,up and down the stairs(P <0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups.the treatment group in the activities of bathing,(0.01<P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.But the treatment group and the control group modification in restoration stage of cerebral infarction(washing,brushing,shaving and hair)activity(P >0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.Treatment group and control group in the treatment of the activities of the effect of eating,bathing,dressing,can control the stool,can control urination,toilet,bed chair transfer,45 meters walking flat,up and down the stairs(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.In the BI score,the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that the effect of chinese medicated moxibustion and needle warming moxibustion on the recovery of patients with cerebral infarction.Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group,the treatment effect is not obvious,(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.Therefore,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was not better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of the chinese medicated moxibustion and needle warming moxibustion treatment of cerebral infarction recovery period is more significant.However,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,the curative effect of needle warming moxibustion is not superior to the effect of chinese medicated moxibustion.Therefore,in clinical medicine,chinese medicated moxibustion and needle warming moxibustion can significantly improve the recovery of neurological deficit symptoms,improve the limb motor function,reduce disability rate and improve activities of daily living.From the results,it can be concluded that the chinese medicated moxibustion can be used as a substitute for needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Especially in the case of needle warming moxibustion,the risk of burns is bigger,and the moxa smoke is strong.The clinical effect of chinese medicated moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral infarction recovery period is worthy of clinical promotion. |
