Clinical Observation On Zhuang Medical "8" Loop Acupuncture For The Blood Stasis Type Hysteromyoma

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the "8" loop acupuncture treatment of blood stasis type,hysteromyoma to explore the advantages of acupuncture treatment of hysteromyoma,and to provide a clinical basis for Zhuang medicine treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods: Sixty patients with blood stasis type hysteromyoma who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group of 30 patients using random numbers generated by computer.The treatment group was treated with Zhuang medical“8” loop acupuncture method,and the control group was treated with oral Guizhi Fuling Capsule.After treatment for 3 courses,the two groups were collected for data on the size and symptom scores of the fibroids before and after treatment,using spss21.0 software performs statistical processing and analyzes and discusses the results obtained.Resuits: The "8" loop acupuncture method for the treatment of blood stasis type hysteromyoma was cured in 2 cases,markedly effective in 11 cases,effective in 11 cases,ineffective in 6 cases,and the total effective rate was80.0%.Oral Guizhi Fuling Capsule was used to treat 3 cases of blood stasis type hysteromyoma,8 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.7%.After statistical analysis,it can be considered that the "8" loop acupuncture method for treating blood stasis type hysteromyoma and oral Guizhi Fuling capsules is equivalent to the treatment of blood stasis type hysteromyoma,but it isimproving the blood stasis type hysteromyoma.In the clinical syndrome,the "8" loop acupuncture method is more effective,and the process is safe and has no toxic side effects.Conclusion: 1.The "8" loop acupuncture method for treating blood stasis type hysteromyoma and oral Guizhi Fuling Capsule for treating blood stasis type hysteromyoma is equivalent.2,the "8" loop acupuncture treatment of blood stasis type hysteromyoma in improving the size of patients with fibroids,menstrual volume,menstrual prolongation,abdominal pain and other accompanying symptoms,good efficacy,no obvious adverse reactions,there is a certain clinical application prospects.
