Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhuang medical heat-sensitive acupoint acupuncture therapy on primary dysmenorrhea.Through statistical analysis, the symptoms of dysmenorrhea before and after treatment were compared by using dysmenorrhea score, dysmenorrhea grading, safety evaluation standard and visual analogue evaluation method,to explore the clinical effect of heat sensitive point probe therapy in Zhuang medicine for primary dysmenorrhea, and to provide data reference for clinical application. Methods: This topic starts from March 1,2017 to December 1,2017.All the cases are from dysmenorrhea of female college students in Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The 60 patients in the group were randomly divided into two groups: the group of acupuncture with heat sensitive probe and the group of acupuncture plus moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine(30 cases each). The acupoints of Guanyuan and Shuidao were taken from acupuncture plus moxibustion group, and the four points of Meihua and Qihuan were taken from the acupuncture group of heat sensitive probe of Zhuang medicine, and all the patients in the acupuncture group and acupuncture plus moxibustion group of traditional Chinese medicine began acupuncture 7 to 10 days before menstruation, once every other day.Until the onset of menstruation;3 consecutive menstrual cycles. To compare the safety and clinical effect of primary dysmenorrhea in two groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in baseline and general situation between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).(2)After each course of treatment and follow-up,the scores of dysmenorrhea syndrome and VAS were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).(3)After the 2nd course and after the follow-up,the treatment group than the control group of Chinese medicine syndrome score decreased significantly, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),only after the 3rd course, the treatment group had a significantly lower decrease than the control group(p<0.05),and there were significant statistical differences.(4)After 3 courses of treatment,3 cases of clinical treatment were cured,1 cases were effective,1 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 96.66%,the control group was cured in 1 cases, effective in 24 cases, effective 3 cases, ineffective 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.33%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).(5)In the course of this study, there was no significant difference in safety evaluation between the heat-sensitive point probe group and the acupuncture moxibustion group.(6)The adverse reactions, such as gastrointestinal discomfort(nausea),acupuncture bleeding, etc.,were improved without treatment. It belongs to safety evaluation level II.Conclusion: acupuncture therapy of heat sensitive probe acupoints in Zhuang medicine can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea and related symptoms, improve the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine of cold coagulation and blood stasis type, and is better than acupuncture plus moxibustion therapy in traditional Chinese medicine. Its safety is good,it is worthy of clinical application.
