Clinical Study Of Progressive Treatment Of Yiqi Guyuan Acupuncture Method On Urinary Incontinence After Radical Prostatectomy

Research objective:Unconsolidation of the kidney qi type urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy was treated with Yiqi Guyuan acupuncture method.By observing the curative effect of progressive treatment,the effective rule of Yiqi Guyuan acupuncture method in the treatment of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy was analyzed,so as to provide better reference for clinical treatment.Research methods:Forty patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy were divided into treatment group and control group(20 cases in each group).All patients were given routine behavior guidance after radical prostatectomy.The control group was treated with simple pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT),100 times per group,one group each morning,middle and late.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the treatment group were treated Yiqi Guyuan acupuncture method once every other day,3 times a week.We set one month as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The Chinese version of the Incontinence questionnaire of the International Advisory Committee on urinary Incontinence(ICI-Q-SF)?72-hour pad usage and the score of TCM symptoms were used as clinical observation indicators.The patients of the two groups were evaluated before treatment,at the end of 1 course,2 courses and 3 courses respectively.Finally,all the clinical data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.Research results:1?There were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),in the terms of age,body mass index,tumor stage,karnofsky performance status(KPS)score and observation indicators before treatment.2?At the the end of 1,2 and 3 courses,ICI-Q-SF score,72-hour pad usage,TCM syndromes score of the two groups'patients were significantly improved(P<0.05).3?At the end of the 1 course,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)in ICI-Q-SF score and 72-hour pad usage,but not in the TCM syndrome score(P>0.05).The cured and markedly effective rate of both groups was 0%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4?At the end of the 2 course,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)in 72-hour pad usage and TCM syndrome score,but not in the ICI-Q-SF score(P>0.05).The cured and markedly effective rate was 10%in the treatment group and 0%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5?At the end of the 3 course,there were significant differences in ICI-Q-SF scale,72-hour pad usage,and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The cured and markedly effective rate was 60%in the treatment group and 15%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research conclusions:1?Yiqi Guyuan acupuncture method combined with PFMT and PFMT alone can both improve the clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.The effect becomes increasingly obvious with the increase of treatment course.2?At the end of 3 courses,the treatment of Yiqi Guyuan acupuncture method combined with PFMT has obvious effect,and the curative effect was better.Patients can better recover urine control,and gradually improve their quality of life.
