Effect Of Yiqi Guyuan Acupuncture On Urinary Control Recovery And Quality Of Life Of Patients With Urinary Incontinence After Radical Prostatectomy

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Guyuan acupuncture on urinary control recovery and quality of life of patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy,and to discuss its mechanism,in the hope of offering more theoretical basis and application reference for clinical treatment of this disease and related urinary system diseases.Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups.30 patients in the contrast group were only treated in pelvic floor muscle training,and 30 patients in the therapy group were treated with Yiqi Guyuan acupuncture under the premise of the treatment in the contrast group.One month as a course of treatment,treatment for 3 months.Before and after treatment,the changes of Chinese version of ICI-Q-SF,72h use of urinary pad,I-QOL,TCM syndrome score,SAS and SDS were observed and analyzed.Results:(1)Comparison within the two groups:before and after treatment,ICI-Q-SF score,72h urinary pad dosage,I-QOL score,TCM syndrome score,SAS score,SDS score were compared.After treatment,the above indicators were significantly improved,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).(2)Comparison between groups:after treatment,the above indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement degree of each index of the therapy group was significantly better than that of the contrast group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)Efficacy comparison:the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,the difference was significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the therapy group was better than the contrast group.Comparison of the more obvious rate:the more obvious rate of the control group is 22.22%,the more obvious rate of the treatment group is 50%,indicating that the more obvious rate of the treatment group is significantly higher than the former.(4)Correlation analysis:Spearman correlation analysis showed that the correlation between clinical efficacy and I-QOL score was statistically significant,and there was a moderate positive correlation between the two(R=0.57,P=0.00,P<0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of pelvic floor muscle training alone combined with the acupuncture of Invigorating Qi and strengthening element combined with pelvic floor muscle training can help the recovery of urinary control function on urinary incontinence after radical resection of prostate cancer.Compared with the former,the effect of Yiqi Guyuan acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training is more significant.It can also significantly improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life.
