Study On The Distribution Features Of TCM Syndrome Elements Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Diarrhea

Object:Through the clinical investigation of patients with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea and the statistical analysis of data,the distribution law of TCM syndrome elements of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea is summarized,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment system is improved,so as to provide individualized basis for clinical TCM treatment,prevention and reduction of recurrence.Methods:Collecting 204 cases of patient with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea in accordance with diagnostic criteria and recording the basic information such as gender,age,course of disease,education level and four diagnostic information.Extracting relevant syndromes from Syndrome Factor Differentiation and establishing a database to summarize the relative factors of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea and the distribution regularity of syndrome’s elements by using the SPSS 25.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Among the 204 patients with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea collected,112 were males and 92 were females.The male to female ratio was 1.22:l,and males were more than females,common age was 41-50 years old.2.Among the 204 patients with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea,there were 200 cases of bad emotional factors,including the irritability,emotional depression and sigh.Among the 204 patients with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea of bad habits included more than 50 cases of drinking,smoking,Irregular diet and staying up late.The course of disease in 204 patients with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea was common in 1-5 years,and the frequency of defecation was common in 3-5 times a day.Most of them had a college education or higher.The main digestive system manifestations in 204 patients with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea were more common with abdominal pain,followed by bowel sounds and abdominal distension.The main external manifestations of the digestive system were the most common insomnia,followed by loss of appetite and fatigue.Defecation was characterized by pasty stools as the most common abnormal defecation,followed by abdominal pain and diarrhea,with mucus.3.In them,189 patients with disease location syndrome were extracted.Including the syndrome with a frequency distribution ratio>2%,the main syndrome elements of disease location were found to have spleen(70.90%),liver(42.86%),small intestine(35.98%),lowerabdomen(17.99%),kidney(11.11%),largeintest-tine(6.35%),stomach(2.65%).In the distribution of disease location combinations,single disease location syndrome elements accounted for 44.44%,double disease location syndrome elements accounted for 31.75%,and syndrome elements with three disease locations and above accounted for 23.81%.The most common disease location was spleen,followed by liver.188 cases of disease syndrome elements could be extracted,and statistics showed that the disease syndrome elements(frequency distribution ratio>2%)were qi-stagnation(83.51%),dampness(25.00%),qi-deficiency(25.00%),yang-deficiency(15.43%)and blood-deficiency(3.19%).Observation on the distribution of combination of disease syndrome elements showed that there were many combinations of single disease syndrome elements,accounting for 63.83%;Double diseases accounted for 25.00%;11.17%had three diseases or more.The disease combination was most common in qi-stagnation patients,followed by dampness and qi-stagnation.4.The distribution of syndrome elements of disease location and the disease nature syndromes of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea were related to the frequency of daily defecation.The distribution of syndrome elements of disease location and the disease nature syndromes of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea were not related to age,gender,the course of disease and the level of educationalConclusion:Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea is predominant in 41-50 years old,with more males than females.The patients of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea often have bad moods such as irritability,emotional depression and sigh,as well as bad habits such as drinking,smoking,eating irregularly and staying up late.The course of disease in 204 patients with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea is common in 1-5 years,and the frequency of defecation is common in 3-5 times a day.Most of them disease nature syndromes of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea are related to the frequency of daily defecation.The distribution of syndrome elements of disease location and the disease nature syndromes of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea are not related to age,gender,the course of disease and the level of educational.
