Study On Logistics Management Modernization Of Third-level And First-class Public Hospitals In Luzhou City

In the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Deepening the Reform of Medical and Health System" issued by the State Council on January 9,2017,it was clearly proposed that all regions should actively establish a scientific and effective modern hospital management system,improve the management system of public hospitals and promote the socialization of logistics services in public hospitals.In July of the same year,the State Council's Guiding Opinions on the Establishment of Modern Hospital Management System pointed out that the hospital logistics management system should be improved so as to make the hospital logistics management develop in the direction of modernization.This series of institutional arrangements of the state has a positive effect on promoting the modernization of logistics management in public hospitals.In recent years,Luzhou Municipal Third Class A Public Hospital has been adhering to the concept of patient-centered,constantly improving the level of hospital management,actively working on medical technology,service quality,treatment environment and other aspects,focusing on providing patients with high-quality medical and health services.However,as a prerequisite to ensure the smooth development of hospital medical,teaching,scientific research and other core business,there are still many problems in hospital logisticsmanagement,which are manifested in the low level of modernization of hospital logistics management.Therefore,Luzhou Municipal Third-Class A Public Hospital should give full play to its advantages,optimize its own capabilities in an all-round way,pay attention to the improvement of hospital logistics management modernization ability while strengthening the medical quality,so that logistics management will continue to develop in a scientific and modern direction,so as to better serve clinical patients,improve patient satisfaction,build the core competitiveness of the hospital,and enhance public health care.The comprehensive strength of the hospital can better provide patients with high-quality medical and health services.Taking Luzhou Municipal Administration of Grade Three and Grade A Public Hospitals as an example,this paper analyzed the problems and reasons of hospital logistics management from the perspective of promoting the modernization of logistics management.By consulting the relevant literature,the research background of the modernization of public hospital logistics management,the research trends of domestic and foreign public hospital logistics management,and the related concepts and theoretical basis of hospital logistics management are comprehensively sorted out and defined.Using the method of field investigation,this paper collects information on logistics management status of public hospitals in Luzhou City.Through on-the-spot investigation,the problems in logistics management of public hospitals in Luzhou City are analyzed and summarized as follows: insufficient understanding of the importance of logistics,backward ways and methods oflogistics management,socialization of logistics management,aging structure of logistics management personnel,etc.Analysis of the causes of the problems from multiple perspectives.At the same time,we should learn from the experience of logistics management in other public hospitals in China.This paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for the modernization reform of logistics management in Luzhou municipal third-level and first-class public hospitals.Including the establishment of modern concept of public hospital logistics management,the establishment and improvement of modern hospital logistics management system,the construction of scientific public hospital logistics management methods and methods,accelerate public hospital logistics human resources.
