Analysis And Research On Socialized Mode Of Logistics Service Management In Large Public Hospitals

Objective: To discuss the analysis and application of socialized mode of logistics service management in large public hospitals,so as to provide ideas for improving the quality of hospital logistics management.Methods:(1)Inspect the relevant policy documents in our country and the existing research in the field of academic journals;grasp the evolution of socialization of hospital logistics service management policies related to the specific mode since the logistic reform of social service management development of socialization of hospital logistics service management mode and logistics socialization.(2)In Xinjiang,a large public hospital as the research object,the specific circumstances of a large collection of public hospital logistics socialization reform in various stages of development and service management mode in Xinjiang and the related data,analysis the socialization mode of large public hospital logistic service management.Results: The large public hospitals outside group of high school and college composition,higher self group P<0.05);group of junior college,bachelor degree,students of hired large public hospitals,lower self group(P<0.05);large public hospital group and external group self logistics service company staff training situation is statistically significant the significance(P > 0.05);external group logistics service personnel of professional and technical personnel 35,self built logistics group service personnel 38,the constituent ratio of external group of senior engineers and engineers,lower self group(P<0.05);external group technician structure ratio,higher self group(P<0.05);group,external cleaning the ward to visit the elevator operation,management,distribution,with inspection and maintenance costs are higher than the self group(P<0.05);external complaints Group logistics services company is higher than the rate of self group(P<0.05);external group In response to patient satisfaction,service company,Department of aging and satisfaction were higher than the self group(P<0.05);external group logistics services company operating costs,labor costs,investment in hardware and hardware maintenance cost,there was no significant difference between self and group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: the socialization mode of large public hospital logistic service management plays a significant role in promoting the development of hospital,but there are still some problems in the development process,the hospital should be based on the actual situation of our hospital to overcome difficulties and development mode for the school.
