Research On Logistics Reform Of Public Hospitals In Shanghai

Logistics is the foundation of hospital overall work, logistics group’s organizational structure, management mechanism, working ability and quality of work on the hospital medical level and have important influence on the overall work.The X hospital logistics management, there are lack of pertinence is not strong, the long-term management of planning, decision-making management vacuum, management emphasis are not clear, logistics equipment automation level is not high, human resource management mechanism is not sound and so on.In this paper, the internal value chain theory and the combination of hospital logistics management, the reasons of the existence of these problems from the perspective of value chain analysis, and try to design for X improvement project of hospital logistics management, through the implementation of the scheme, improve the level of X hospital logistics management, explore new ideas and new mode of logistics management.First, this paper adopts literature analysis method of value chain development, improve hospital logistics management at home and abroad, combined with hospital logistics improvement research on value chain, clear up the value chain theory is applied to the feasibility of hospital logistics management.Secondly, in this paper, the internal value chain theory combined with X hospital logistics management, analysis the reasons of the existence of problems, and on the basis of hospital logistics management methods at home and abroad for reference, from the Angle of two design X hospital logistics management improvement program.On the one hand, from the perspective of X interior value chain of the hospital logistics group, for the purpose, in order to improve the value along the value chain system of the three links, in view of the existing problems, and improve one by one; on the other hand, from the Angle of the external environment and the hospital as a whole, in order to realize the logistics group, for the purpose of scientific management, the logistics management refinement, the path of specialization, market-oriented, design improvement plan as a whole.Finally, by setting the corresponding safeguard measures, set up logistics plan, improve leadership team, step in the scheme of the process control feedback adjustment, the solution to problems in the process, the dynamic effect of the scheme evaluation and optimization steps, will improve the project implement and make it effective.Strive to through the plan implementation, optimize the X hospital logistics management, better service to the clinical departments, to create more value for the hospital.
