| Purpose:In view of that clinical experience of professor Wang Yanhui in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,this article summarize and discusses how to use Chinese medicine supplements to strengthen the strengthening and eliminate the pathogenic factors in the treatment of NSCLC,and preliminarily reveals the general rules of its application,in order to come true the goals o f reducin g the adverse reaction,improving the therapeutic effect and improving the quality of life of the patients,and providing a helpful theoretical guidance for the combination of the Chinese and western medicine in clinical treatment of NSCLC.Method:This study adopts the methods of literature research and clinical retrospective case analysis,from the traditional Chinese and western medicine on lung cancer and NSCLC,how to use clinical supplements dialectically,commonly used Chinese medicine and other aspects of the study.The paper is divided into 3 parts:the 2st part,through the retrieval of a large number of the latest domestic and foreign literature,to explore the concept of traditional Chinese and western medicine of lung cancer and NSCLC,etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment overview;In the 2nd part,the medical records of 76 NSCLC patients in the Xiamen-affiliated Zhongshan Hospital and the Outpatient Department of Xiamen Yanlaifu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were studied.By means of statistical processing,the basic rules of TCM syndrome differentiation were discussed,and the drugs use characteristics were summarized through the analysis of drug use frequency.The 3rd part,on the basis of literature and clinical research,expounds the principles and key points of professor Wang Yanhui's applications of TCM in the treatments of NSCLC.Results:TCM considers that the pathogenesis of NSCLC is based on deficiency of vital qi,qi,blood,Yin and Yang.In the process of NSCLC,a large number of rapid capture of qi,blood consumption,injury to Yin,direct damage to the human body qi,so that the body's ability to defend against pathogens decline;The function of spleen and stomach transportation is abnormal,which leads to deficiency of qi and blood and disorder of body fluid transportation,thus accumulating phlegm and dampness and phlegm and blood stasis.Prolonged damage to the kidney,loss of kidney essence,shaking the physical basis of the whole body physiological activities.Combined with surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy medical heat-clearing and toxin-resolving medicinals promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis therapy and eliminate pathogenic disease soft firm disappear after further damage vital qi,spleen and stomach deficiency failure that source of qi and blood biochemical spent,make vital qi deficiency and blood stasis more,not the conditions over a long period of time.The results of this study showed that the traditional Chinese medicine treatments of NSCLC are oriented to the treatment of deficiency,supplemented by appropriate intervention means such as relieving cough and asthma,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and eliminating phlegm,and dispersing soft and firm structure.Therefore,it is suggested that for patients with NSCLC,the general treatment principle of TCM is to "strengthen the body and dispel evil".According to the statistical data of 76 cases receiving,dialectical roughly divided into eight card type,the treatment method on the basis of the "qi and nourishing Yin,lung spleen",then according to the different syndrome types in patients with,be clear heat,phlegm,dispelling dampness,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,soft firm fights and other treatment,reasonable compatibility,multiple method combination,to enhance the curative effect,reduce other treatment of adverse reaction,improve the quality of life and prolong survival.The principle of clinical application of supplemental therapy:(1)to grasp the state and distinguish the "image" of supplemental therapy;(2)to strengthen and exorcise evil spirits,egulate the "soil";(3)to establish particular standard of the balance of Yin and Yang.And it is supposed to pay attention to key points:(1)to coordinate Chinese medicine supplements with promoting flow of qi and blood circulation;(2)to combine Chinese medicine supplements with obstruction-removing therapy to prevent qi and blood stagnation;(3)Dispel phlegm and remove blood stasis throughout the whole process of NSCLC;(4)As long as the judgment is accurate,the large dose of medicine is used boldly and so forth.Conclusion:It is of great significance for patients with NSCLC to use Chinese medicine supplements flexibly on the basis of syndrome differentiation as an important method in the treatment of NSCLC.The methods of invigorating qi and nourishing Yin,reinforcing lung and strengthening spleen are the most commonly used in clinic,which can be combined with expectorant,removing blood stasis,removing dampness,clearing heat and softening and strengthening,etc. |
