Clinical Observation On Primary Hemifacial Spasm (Heart And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome) Treated By Acupuncture With Fuzheng Tiaoshen Method

Objective: The main purpose of this subject is to compare the treatment of primary hemifacial spasm(heart and spleen deficiency syndrome)by Fuzheng Tiaoshen Acupuncture with that by conventional acupuncture,to compare the difference between the two methods,and to conduct medical statistical analysis,so as to conclude that Fuzheng Tiaoshen Acupuncture can achieve better clinical therapeutic effect,and to preliminarily elaborate the treatment of Fuzheng Tiaoshen Acupuncture.The superiority of this disease is expected to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: Sixty patients who came to our hospital and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Fuzheng Tiaoshen Acupuncture Group(treatment group)and Conventional Acupuncture Group(control group),30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Tiaoshen Acupuncture,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.After 4 courses of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated,and the relevant data were analyzed by medical statistics,and the conclusion of comparative analysis of clinical efficacy was obtained.Results: X1.Treatment group: 4 cases were ineffective,4 cases were improved,12 cases were markedly effective and 10 cases were cured.The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%.Control group: ineffective in 6 cases,improved in 14 cases,markedly effective in 5 cases,cured in 5 cases,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.SPSS statistical test showed that(P<0.05),indicating that there was a significant difference in the effective rate of treatment between the two groups,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.Frequency evaluation after treatment: 16 cases in treatment group,10 cases in grade I,1 case in grade II and 3 cases in grade III;8 cases in control group,12 cases in grade I,6 cases in grade II and 4 cases in grade III.After analysis,there was a significant difference in frequency data between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the frequency of spasm was improved in both groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Strength evaluation after treatment: 13 cases ofgrade 0,9 cases of grade I,5 cases of grade II,0 case of grade III and 3 cases of grade IV in the treatment group.In the control group,there were 8 cases of grade 0,5 cases of grade 1,7cases of grade II,5 cases of grade III and 5 cases of grade IV.After analysis,there was a significant difference in intensity data between the two groups(P<0.05)indicating that the spastic intensity of the two groups was improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: This subject shows that Fuzheng Tiaoshen Acupuncture has a good curative effect on primary hemifacial spasm(heart and spleen deficiency syndrome),and the curative effect is higher than that of conventional acupuncture treatment group,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
