Study On Acupoint Selection And Compatibility Spectrum Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion For Simple Obesity Based On Data Mining

Purpose: Based on the literature of clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of obesity,using software such as traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform and data mining technology,to analyze the acupoint selection and compatibility law of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of obesity,and to establish acupoint optimization and compatibility law spectrum for the purpose.Method: A large number of Modern Journal literatures on obesity from 1950 to 2017 were collected.After eliminating the non-conforming literatures,the complete prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion were sorted out in the conforming literatures,and the database of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions was established by using these data.Then on the basis of this database,the acupoint selection and compatibility rules of acupuncture prescriptions are carried out using Excel and traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform,and then the statistical acupoint selection and compatibility rules are explained and theoretical research is supplemented.Result: Through repeated screening and collation,90 papers about obesity were collected,298 prescriptions and 137 acupoints were included in the literature.The total frequency was 2494,involving 15 meridians.The results of frequency analysis of acupoints:Zhongwan,Zusanli,Tianshu,Sanyinjiao and Fenglong were the main ones;the results of correlation analysis of meridians were: Foot Yangming stomach meridian and Ren meridian were the main ones;the results of location correlation analysis were: the frequency of acupoints in chest and abdomen was the most,followed by acupoints in lower limbs;Relevant analysis results of specific acupoints: the number and utilization rate of intersection acupoints are very high.In the aspect of acupoint selection,the most frequently used acupoints are Zhongwan(164 times)and Zuyangming Stomach Meridian(707 times).They have local acupoint selection,distal acupoint selection,meridian selection and specific acupoint selection,with local acupoint selection as the main method.In the aspect of optimizing acupoint law,the highest frequency of compatibility was Zhongwan Zusanli(122 times).The compatibility of acupoints was mainly localcompatibility,local compatibility and distant compatibility.CONCLUSION:(1)Zhongwan,Zusanli and Tianshu are the best choice for clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of simple obesity.(2)Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of simple obesity mainly focuses on local selection of acupoints,with special emphasis on Wushu acupoints.(3)Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of simple obesity acupoint compatibility is mainly Zhongwan with Zusanli(4)Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of simple obesity acupoint compatibility is mainly local compatibility.
