Clinical Observation Of Yangyin Yingxin Decoction In The Treatment Of Myocardial Damage In Children(Qi And Yin Deficiency)

Objective:To observe the improvement of the clinical symptoms and enzymatic indexes of the children with myocardial damage caused by infection through the application of yangyin yingxin decoction combined with the basic treatment of western medicine,and to objectively evaluate the clinical treatment effect.Methods: Atotal of 60 children who met the criteria were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups with 30 children in each group.Children in the control group were given basic treatment with western medicine.The rest of the children in the treatment group were treated with western medicine,combined with the administration of yangyin yingxin decoction,and the clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed after two treatment courses(one course for 7 days).After comparing the changes of the indicators before and after the treatment,the author made a statistical analysis and drew a conclusion.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and that of the control group was 86.7%.After SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to process the data of the two groups,P < 0.05 was significant difference,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of clinical symptoms.Conclusion:Yangyin yingxin decoction combined with western medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of myocardial damage in children(qi and Yin deficiency).
