Clinical Observation On Treatment Of 30 Children With Primary Nephrotic Syndrome By Four-Step Encircling Method

Objective: By collecting and sorting out the case data of professor Xiaofeng Yuan's treatment of children with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome,perform statistical analysis,to explore and summarize professor Xiaofeng Yuan's experience of traditional Chinese medicine based on dialectical treatment and unique medication regular,paly the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PNS,to provide more safe,reliable and effective treatment measures for the treatment of PNS,meanwhile,it provides theoretical support for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PNS.Methods: Choose thirty children with nephropathy by professor Xiaofeng Yuan,given in Stage treatment by the four-step encircling method,used to the self-reflection study method,in cases of control before and one year after treatment,record symptoms,laboratory tests,and relapses in before and one year after treatment,and did statistical analysis,draw a conclusion.Results: After a year of four-step encircling treatment,the results showed:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.0%,the significant effect accounted for66.67%,23.33% was effective,and only 10.0% was ineffective.(2)After the treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).(3)Serum cortisol,albumin,total protein and 24h-UTP were obviously alleviate after treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).(4)After treatment,the clinical cure rate was 26.67%,complete remission accounted for 50.0%,significant mitigation accounted for 13.33%,and only 10% of patients had no remission.After treatment,the rate of recurrence was 10.0%,those without recurrence accounted for 90.0%.Conclusion: To observe the treatment of children nephrotic syndrome by four-step encircling method,in clinical symptoms,signs and physical and chemical examinations have improved significantly,it shows that the four-step encircling method is effective in the treatment of PNS,especially in the reduction of disease recurrence is particularlyprominent.Meanwhile,it can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve hormone resistance and dependence,inhibit the toxic side effects caused by hormones,restore adrenocortical function,and it's safe,less side effects,it is worthy of wide clinical implementation.
