Study On Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Method Of Pediatric Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome Based On Survival Scale And TCM Syndromes

Objective: Establish a Quality of Life Scale for Children with Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome,which can reflect the characteristics of Chinese medicine and have higher efficiency and reliability,and enrich clinical efficacy evaluation methods for TCM treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods:1.Guided by the theory of TCM,referring to the steps and principles of developing the quality of life scale at home and abroad,the scale of entry pool and scale was constructed through literature search,medical record system review and patient interview,and the scale was made by questionnaire.2.Experts were selected to issue drafts of the scales,and the Delphi method was used for statistical analysis of the recalled questionnaires.The drafts were drafted,and the questionnaires were re-issued.Statistical analysis of the results was made into a clinical investigation draft.3.We recruited children or family members in the clinic to fill in the clinical investigation manuscripts,evaluated their readability,and analyzed the clinical investigation manuscripts collected by frequency distribution,correlation coefficient method,discrete trend method and Cronbach's coefficient method,and revised the clinical investigation manuscripts again.4.The reliability,validity and acceptability of the revised scale were tested by internal consistency,cross entry consistency,correlation coefficient and questionnaire recovery rate,and the final draft of the scale was formed.Results: 1.The Chinese medicine quality of life scale for children with refractory nephrotic syndrome was initially established.The scale is divided into four parts,including physiological dimension,psychological dimension,independence dimension and social dimension.There are 40 items in the scale.2.The reliability test of the scale: The Cronbach's coefficient of the total table is 0.965,the half-reliability of the scale is 0.979,and the reliability of the scale is high.The validity test shows that the correlation coefficient between each item and its own dimension is high,and the scale has good validity.The response rate and pass rate of the questionnaire were all above 90%,and the acceptability of the scale was good.Conclusion: This study developed with Chinese characteristics scale,rich in refractory nephrotic syndrome clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,provides a reference for the clinical evaluation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
