Purpose: The basic treatment of nephrotic syndrome is based on glucocorticoid, which is supplemented by immunosuppressive agents such as cytotoxic drugs. However, with the treatment of glucocorticoid hormone,it has the characteristics of easy to relapse, easy to be relied on,and has the risk of infection, gastrointestinal bleeding, blood pressure, blood sugar and necrosis of the femoral head. The majority of the body is poor in quality and immunity, and older patients cannot tolerate the treatment of immunosuppressive agents such as hormones and cytotoxic drugs. The purpose of this study is to explore the therapeutic effect of syndrome differentiation on syndrome type syndrome based on TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods: The 84 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome who met the test criteria were divided into non-hormonal treatment group(treatment group)and hormone regimen treatment group(control group)according to the control principle. To observe the data of TCM symptom score,24-hour urinary protein quantitation, serum albumin, serum lipid, liver and kidney work, etc.before and after treatment of two groups of patients, and to make comprehensive efficacy evaluation and safety evaluation; The distribution of the two groups of syndromes and the difference between TCM and western medicine were observed, and the best combination of Chinese and western medicine was explored. Results: Compared with the Western medical efficacy, the total effective rate was74.3% in the treatment group and 82.5% in the control group. Both the treatment group and the control group had curative effect, and the total effective rate in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).The protein is better than the treatment group.Compared with the improvement of symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine, the efficiency of the treatment group was 82%,and thatof the control group was 67.5%(P<0.05).The treatment group improved the symptoms of Chinese medicine better. There was a difference in efficacy between different treatment groups and different pathological types in the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: Both the non-hormone Chinese and Western medicine combination program and the hormone program can achieve therapeutic effects on the treatment of PNS.In the reduction of urinary protein, the hormone program is generally better than the non-hormonal combination of Chinese and Western medicine programs;in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,non-hormonal integrated Chinese and Western medicine program Better than hormone programs.
