Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Observation Of Xiaoke Qinlian Recipe In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Intestinal Damp-Heat Syndrome)

Objective:This project aims to focus on type 2 diabetes with middle-man internal heat as the pathogenesis,observe the clinical effect of xiaoke qinlian recipe on type 2 diabetes(intestinal damp-heat syndrome),and open up a new path for treating type 2 diabetes from the perspective of damp-heat in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: the clinical study choice combined disease in patients with type 2 diabetes(intestinal hot and humid card),by using simple random divided into treatment and control groups,in the foundation treatment(diabetes education,diet,exercise,blood sugar monitoring)on the treatment group used metformin joint / 0.5 g Qin even party day two oral,the control group with oral metformin 0.5 g,2 times.Among them,34 patients in the treatment group(2 were exfoliated)and 33 patients in the control group(3 were exfoliated)were enrolled in a prospective,single-blind,parallel controlled clinical trial for 8 weeks.Results:1.In terms of blood glucose,both groups can reduce fasting blood glucose.The total effective rate of the treatment group to reduce fasting blood glucose is 91.18%(t=13.77,P<0.0001,P< 0.05),and the total effective rate of the control group to reduce fasting blood glucose is 66.67%(t=11.38,P<0.0001,P< 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 79.41%(t=14.69,P<0.0001,P< 0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 48.49%(t=12.71,P<0.0001,P< 0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups(Z=-2.7837,P =0.0054,P< 0.05).It can be seen that xiaoke qinlian recipe combined with metformin is significantly better than metformin alone in improving blood glucose of patients,especially fasting blood glucose.In terms of reducing Hb A1 c,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 79.41%(t=16.47,P<0.0001,P< 0.05),while that of the control group was 54.55%(t=6.42,P<0.0001,P< 0.05).Both of them can effectively reduce the Hb A1 c of patients,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(Z=-2.1429,P=0.0321,P < 0.05).2.In terms of symptoms,the effective rate was 96.55% in the treatment group and79.31% in the control group(X2=34.4020,P<0.0001).The effective rate was 96.77% in the treatment group and 55.56% in the control group(X2=22.6190,P<0.0001).The effective rate was 82.14% in the treatment group and 71.43% in the control group(X2=24.2567,P<0.0001).The effective rate was 86.95% in the treatment group and 82.60% in the control group(X2=0.8889,P=0.8405,P > 0.05).The effective rate was 96.15% in the treatment group and 26.92% in the control group(X2=26.3250,P<0.0001).The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the two groups was 91.18% in the treatment group and 69.69% in the control group(Z=-6.0520,P<0.0001,P< 0.05).The results showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group except for thirst in mouth.Conclusion: the combined application of xiaoke qinlian recipe and metformin tablet is satisfactory in improving blood glucose and TCM symptoms of type 2 diabetes patients with intestinal dampness-heat syndrome,with no obvious toxic and side effects,which is worthy of promotion.
