Purpose:By carrying out a prospective study,the study was conducted to observe the effect of Yishen decoction on influencing the dosage of alprazolam which taken by insomnia with breast cancer patients of yin asthenia causing fire,as well as the improvement of PSQI score and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score.Observing whether insomnia with breast cancer will relapse if patients stop using this decoction is also our purpose.Methods:In this study,60 patients with breast cancer who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in our hospital were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the method of randomized control.The treatment group was treated with Yishen decoction and alprazolam,and the control group was treated with alprazolam orally only.The treatment duration was 4 weeks.Rcording and analysis the dosage of alprazolam,PSQI score and TCM syndrome scorewhen the study start,ongonging and finished.Result:1.The dose of alprazolam which taken by insomnia with breast cancer patients was reduced.Patients were followed up 2 weeks after the end of the trial and the dose of alprazolam did not rise again2.Among patients who have Yishen decoction with PSQI score,except for item F(sleep drug),there was no statistically significant difference in the reduction of other sub-score items,indicating that on the basis of oraling alprazolam,oralng traditional Chinese medicine had little effect on PSQI score.3.It is useful to reduce the symptoms associated with yin asthenia causing fire syndrome in patients who oraling Yishen decotion.Conclusion:Oraling Yishen decotion is hlpful to reduce the dose of alprazolam which taken byinsomnia with breast cancer patients,and reduce the symptoms associated with yin asthenia causing fire syndrome.
