The Clinical Efficacy Research Of Da Chaihu Decoction In Treatment Of Insomnia (Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Liver-qi Causing Fire)

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of Da Chaihu Decoction in the treatment of insomnia(Syndrome of Stagnation of Liver-Qi Causing Fire).Methods: To observe 72 cases of insomnia patients,using the randomized and controlled clinical study method.The treatment group was given Da Chaihu Decoction and the control group was given Dexzopiclone.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.The efficacy was assessed at baseline,the end of treatment and follow-up period.Result: 1.PSQI sleep improvement: Compared the treatment group with the control group at the total efficacy of PSQI,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the treatment group before and after treatment on the individual PSQI intergal,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with control group before and after treatment on the individual PSQI integral,the difference was statistically significant except daytime function integral(P < 0.05);Compared with the treatment group after the treatment and follow-up on the individual PSQI intergal,the difference was statistically significant,except the integral of sleep efficiency and sleep medication(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group after the treatment and follow-up on the individual PSQI inrergal,only in night time integral and the total integral,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.TCM symptoms improvement: Compared treatment group with control group at the total efficacy of TCM syndromes,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the treatment group before and after treatment on the individual TCM syndrome intergal,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with control group before and after treatment on the individual TCM syndrome intergal,only in difficulty falling asleep and headache integral,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the treatment group after the treatment and its follow-up period on the individual TCM syndrome intergal,the difference was statistically significant except the integral of headache and coating yellow tongue(P < 0.05);Compared with control group and its follow-up period on the individual TCM syndrome intergal,only in irritability,headache,red eyes and face,red tongue,pulse string and the total integral,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.Da Chaihu Decoction can effectively improve the sleep status of patients and improve sleep quality.2.Da Chaihu Decoction in TCM symptoms and daytime function of PSQI are better than Dexzopiclone.3.Da Chaihutang has a significant advantage on sleep quality of PSQI and the improvement of TCM syndrome in the long term effect.
