Observation On The Effect Of Heel-support Splint In The Treatment Of Closed Tibia And Fibula Middle And Lower 1/3 Fractures In Children

Objective:By Joe with plywood and traditional 5-in-1 splint on children closed tibiofibula middle 1/3 fracture fixation treatment the clinical curative effect of contrast,verify the radical splint in acetanilide detumescence,promoting fracture healing,and promote the therapeutic effect of joint function,thus to promote the use of the plywood.Methods:A total of 64 cases of suitable cases were collected from January 2010 to February 2012.According to the patient admission sequence,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by using the random digital table,and 2 cases were lost in both groups.All the patients were treated by the same experimental team,respectively,with the same experimental group and the traditional five-in-one splint.Postoperative review on a regular basis,from the pain VAS score,swelling index,registration,plywood,adjust to the line number,the incidence of pressure ulcers,fracture healing,knee,ankle and other aspects to evaluate the effect of two groups of plywood.Conclusion:Compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups,it can effectively relieve the tenderness of splint and reduce the incidence of pressure sore.The stable performance of the supporting plate is relatively good,and it can better avoid postoperative counterpoint and bad line.It is more conducive to the exercise of ankle flexion and the function of ankle joint.Because it is convenient and effective,it can be widely used in clinic.
