Study On The Job Security Of Doctors In The Public Service Field

Medical and health services is an important livelihood projects related to people's lives and health,but also a measure of the level of economic and social development of a country and social equity and justice standards.In a country ruled by law and social civilization,doctors should be a group of people with high social status and respect.But in recent years,China has successively occurred on the extremely harsh nature of medical trouble,doctors kill incidents caused strong concern from all walks of life.The occurrence of the incident,reflects the current conflict and conflict between doctors and patients,but also exposes some drawbacks and short board in the mechanism of public health system in China.Doctors are the most valuable resources in the hospital,it is necessary to pay close attention to and study the doctor's practice environment and psychological practice.Psychological research shows that:a long period of tension,anxiety and panic in the environment is easy to make people feel sad and insecure,and this kind of psychological experience will also cause a certain degree of human behavior patterns.Needless to say,the doctor is a high pressure,high risk of occupational groups,especially in the big hospital doctors,long-term in a busy working condition,their occupation is not safe feeling more easily induced,the degree is more.In the background of the current reform of China's health care system,hospital management system,personnel management system and the doctor-patient relationship changes are to the doctor brought great influence,from the angle of view of the scholars in the past mostly focused on the patient satisfaction,pay attention to how to improve the medical quality,standardize management and improve the doctor-patient relationship,but ignore the doctor occupational safety psychology due care and attention.In this paper,the occupational safety of doctors in public hospitals as the starting point,through interviews and questionnaires combined approach to understand the three public hospitals in Wenzhou City,the status of occupational safety.From the point and surface,general public hospital doctors generally have occupational safety psychology,the problems and causes.The lack of occupational safety in public hospitals is not the responsibility of hospitals or doctors,but the negative effects of many factors.It is necessary for government,hospitals,doctors,patients,the media and the public to participate in the five main bodies together to form a co-governance situation,to protect the occupational safety of doctors and enhance occupational safety.Through the continuous improvement of the system of safety and defense,medical insurance,job promotion,remuneration and other system construction,to eliminate the old and malpractice of hospital management,the correct guide patients,the media and the public to establish the concept of the socialist core values,so as to accelerate the formation of the whole society A good atmosphere,and ultimately allow every doctor to be in a good professional environment better and more patiently service for patients to achieve their own value.
