Objective: This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)in the treatment of spleen-kidney yang deficiency and the safety and efficacy of the treatment of MDS.Methods : A total of 54 patients with MDS who met the inclusion criteria were randomized into control group and treatment group,27 patients in each group.The control group received cyclosporine A(CSA).The treatment group was given Yougui Pill on the basis of CSA treatment.Addition and subtraction,after 12 weeks of treatment,observe the hemoglobin,platelet,neutrophil count,white blood cell count,and the prognosis score of TCM symptoms,the change of the amount of red suspension,and the safety indicators of creatinine,ALT,AST.Change,perform statistics and analysis.Results:The hemoglobin and platelets of the two groups were higher than those before treatment.The prognosis scores and the amount of red blood cells in the Chinese medicine were lower than before treatment.The hemoglobin and platelets in the treatment group,the prognosis score of TCM symptoms,and the amount of red blood cells in suspension were observed.The prolongation of the observation period was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Yougui Pill count and white blood cell count between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment.There was no significant difference in creatinine,ALT and AST.(P>0.05)Conclusion: The combination of CSA group therapy and Yougui Pill can improve the clinical efficacy of MDS,and it is safe and can be further extended into clinical practice.
